In today’s video I went out to the Fairfield Card Show hosted by Thecardattic232 on Instagram, Dion is an amazing person and if you haven’t met him yet you’ll understand when you do. It’s usually hosted in the Salano Town Center in Fairfield whenever it is available to be used for the event, the one during this upcoming September is going to be in a different town but still be the same name. I will update the details down here if I remember but all will be made available on his Instagram that is stated above. I personally love going through the value bins and I mainly go for football stuff at the current time, but I’m looking to start to get into both Basketball and baseball more and more hopefully to expand my available inventory I have at my disposal during these card shows and other locations you can source at. The Fairfield card show is really nice and has a ton of space with a ton of tables and dealers alike. There is stuff from 50 cents to up there in the thousands. I love to hunt the dollar bins and try my luck hunting for the nice finds you can gather in the boxes people don’t take the time to look through. Sometimes you can find gold and sometimes you wish you’d never have been told. It all just depends on the dealer and the cards available to you during these shows and how you can make the most of them. Expanding your knowledge and being able to source for multiple different places will always be one of the better things you can do in your reselling journey whether it be for sports cards or if it’s for any other business endeavor you might find yourself partaking in.

I actually knew it was a slinger case hit, I just saw it was Andy Dalton, so I didn’t want to risk driving up the price of the lot by super super much since there was no price tag, and luckily the ones with bigger name players don’t go for much, but probably would’ve still been worth a grab to potentially try to grade or if not then just flip it raw :) very very good eye!!!
It was Carson Palmer sorry, probably would’ve been worth the grab nonetheless

Disagree 100%. It’s refreshing to it have someone that’s not freaking out and yelling nonstop. This creator is refreshing and gained my sub from his cool calm demeanor.

There was some Anthony Richardson autos in there, on the video I edited out the audio but he was saying those ones weren’t supposed to be in there so while I was hunting I got worried about the amount they were gonna say so I hesitated with some of the stuff I probably should’ve added to the pile, fun thing about the value boxes is there is definitely some stuff to find forsure no matter how many people go through them you might always find one card :)
@@ruffasportscards The buyer you referred to is my friend. He told me about what happened. I told him that it was the right move to at least tell the dealer the A-Rich autos were in the value boxes. I think the dealer would have noticed when he counted. Either way, my friend did the right thing.
Yea I told him about the Hines ward auto /25 when he was talking to him about that, I didn’t pull the Trevor Lawrence out until the end and didn’t check the back or anything until actually about 15 hours ago, I would have let him know that I found it if I would’ve noticed it forsure. I just thought it was a yellow reactive parallel didn’t think anything of it
He definitely would have noticed forsure on those ones, it just shows you never know what you’ll find in the bins and to check and double check your own you make from time to time

I seem to not have enough bins to fully get the amount of inventory I’m after, but at least I got stocked up a good bit

Was gonna go to that show but I’m outta town and it’s a 2 and half hour druve
I had to drive about 2 and half hours to get to the show, but I also need the inventory for whatnot and eBay ect. So it made sense for me to go but there are plenty of shows I’m in the same boat for :) make sure you subscribe if you haven’t already
