The fact that he has game plan for how he addresses personnel, skill assessment, and management of those pieces is something i havent heard a coach speak on in such a structured manner in such a long time here in Washington. The Washington faithful just want winners, I believe in your expertise Mr. Quinn, you have a chance to make history. Craig, as always your questions very much engaging, very important and smart structuring to these interviews. Thank you so much for continuing to bring us these amazing videos!

Under Dan Snyder, you really hoped for the best, but deep down inside, you knew we didn’t have a chance in hell to win. Josh Harris and his cabinet members brought structure to the organization. We haven’t had a setup like this since Charley Casserly was the GM in the 90’s. This feels different and it feels right. For the first time in many years, I can admit that this isn’t false optimism, and it’s okay to feel good about the direction of our team again. Let’s thank Josh Harris for buying the team and rescuing us from an incompetent owner who made decisions that kept our team in football purgatory. Take time to reflect on what once was and what currently is. I can finally exhale and let go of the Snyder era.

@@SillyGoose2024 I could care less about Ben “Hold My Hand” Johnson. The moment he decided to remain in Detroit, I moved on like a salesman to another customer in timeshare presentation. I’m riding with DQ now and I’m not talking about Dairy Queen.
Ben Johnson probably was one of those children during his kindergarten graduation that his mom had to hold his hand in order for him to walk across the stage to receive that certificate with a giraffe on it.

Appreciate Dan taking time out to speak to fans. I wish Craig asked Dan about what Dan learned about games where Cowboys struggled to contain the run, especially the playoff game versus Green Bay. Dan is very aware about the importance of learning from past experiences, so his perspective on this sort of challenge from this season, which manifested itself in a playoff game, would be interesting to hear.
Only so much time, but I think these questions will come in time. Get closer to actual football and we can talk about that stuff.

Great questions by Craig. Wasn’t really satisfied with DQ’s answer on KK’s late-season swoons. That’s the one thing that I worry about with KK. It has been an issue nearly every stop of his career. Hopefully not having to be HC, and thus not having to be responsible for everything on the team, will afford him the time to innovate his offensive schemes late in the year.
Liked DQ’s answer on how every team needs to be successful in three apects: personnel, scheme, and effort. It breaks down nicely with the Commanders leadership structure: Peters handles personnel, Kingsburry and Whitt handle scheme, DQ will motivate the entire team to ensure maximal effort.

Craig next time you or Logan talk to DQ ask him about how to help Kliff out with run game and run blocking with his air raid offense…we just experienced a OC that got blamed for not running the ball to control games and putting to much in these young QB laps. I think Logan said the Kliff run game was pedestrian and that concerns him. So please ask DQ how is he going help his OC strengthen this part of his game before we get into the thick of it!
Man I’m excited. I feel we have the right ownership and coaches in place. No fan base has been thru what Washington has. When it finally turns and the wins start piling up the fan base will be 🔥.

Great questions, i know he couldnt get into specifics and stuff but it was like watching Joe Gibbs on the Sports Machine with George Michael haha. Well let's hope its that anyway, i def am all in on Adam P and Dan Q and def think this was the best moves to be making for longterm goals and as a way to set the ground work and identity again. And it really is line of scrimmage play and high turnover defense to bail out the offense and give them more chances. #HTTR #ZinTravels

I hope DQ hasn't doomed himself by making Kingsbury his OC. Kingsbury's Air Raid offense might win some games early, but it won't hold up long term. Hard to get excited about spending another season running the ball from the shotgun. Yuck, I hope that he adapts his system for the NFL better this time.
