I finally got corn snake babies Joshua when I saw they were out of their eggs I was super excited it was a beautiful feeling I got them in a little breeder rack and I'm going to take good care of them

I prefer using shredded aspen for my colubrids as well. I've kept reptiles for over 30 years. I've tried different substrates, and always go back to shredded aspen. I don't have the issues with mold like others have apparently. I've used it in California, Oregon, Nevada, and Texas.
