Popped up in my suggested feed, I own one! My first film camera, it’s so good. I bought it for £27 and it’s so much more accessible compared to the MJU and Yashica T4 price wise. The two rolls I’ve put through are sharp and feel proud of the stuff I’ve shot. Great video!
I've seen you grow with this thing dude! Seriously underrated piece of gear. But also those shots all look amazing, you serve as inspiration for us to compose and frame better🔥 I loved how this video was made BTW. Feels like we're chilling, talking about the camera over a cup of coffee.
I bought my girlfriend one two years ago. Got myself one too as a backup to my Leicas because the images are so lovely and it takes basically all films with DX codes. From ISO 50 to 3200.
Great review! I’m going on a trip and want to take portraits of people with this camera. How would be a proper distance to subject in order to take nice portraits? Any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks 👍🏽
changing this camera for another one because of the viewfinder - it's just awful that I see so much extra that even not be on the photo by the end! Canon, why? just why?..
My partner just gifted me one, I am super excited to put it in use. Thanks for the video :)

Thank you. From my experience I have found around 2-3 meters is the sweet spot as the lens is slightly wide at 34mm
Such a great little camera. Regret selling mine.
Thanks for this. Asked my grandmother if she had an old film camera and she found this.
Do you typically use 200 ISO film?
Awesome stuff. I typically use 200 or 400 ISO films as I find them most versatile.
@@rowanpatrick_ 400 in darker settings only? or do they work fine in daylight as well?
@@trattface 400 works okay in daylight but I would favour 200 and then try 400 for the darker scenarios.
You making me want one. I’m going to have a lookout for one now. What film stock do you use mostly in the camera.
You won’t be disappointed Bools. I tend to use either Kodak gold or Colorplus most of the time.
@@rowanpatrick_ also when you say it’s cheap, what’s cheap lol. Saw some on eBay that goes between 2-3,5k lol
@@MrBully001 eBay prices will always be inconsistent. They pop up locally from between R300 to R1500.
Thank !
which film do you use normally? Kodak 200 oder 400? Fuji 200?
What film stock were you using during those shoots?
@@sergioruiz9464 mostly Kodak Gold 200
