This video shows how to replace the screen on a Pixel 4 or 4XL phone. The two phones are very similar in design. Be extra careful working on the board and removing cables. There is more than one way to perform this repair, please take what you need.
Tools needed:
-Heat gun (blow dryer works)
-Metal pry tool
-Plastic pry tool
-Replacement screen
-T3 Torx screwdriver/bit

What’s the function of the “tricky cable” you mentioned earlier on? I have a pixel 4 and I broke that particular cable adapter , after replace battery my speaker not function as usual. Seems like something loose or broken down. Speaker still good
