Low carb isn't as strict as keto but its very good for balancing hormones and keeping insulin down which helps lose the weight and rectify many inflammation issues.

Yes they are and one of the reasons I like to use shallots is because they are a bit less intense than red onion, sometimes I find red onion gives me bad heartburn and shallots are just a bit more subtle xx
Big mistake u can't have sharlots on keto there are high in carb sharlot is 7.1g of carbs and tomatoes are 1.7g per tomato. You had 5 and a serving of spinash is 1g per serving which is grand total of 16.6g of grams carbs and that's just for breakfast good job on butter that has no carbs but u might be better with olive oil or rapeseed oil. For a snack u ate having one cheese string which is only 0.5g of carbs saturated fat and dose increase ur bad (LDL) cholesterol which will increase your risk of of heart disease of stroke.another sharlot another 7.1g and Sliced Gherkins 7.1g of carbs and Sliced cheese 1g of carbs and Sliced cheese is very high in sodium which dose rase ur blood pressure and gives u a risk of heart attack or even a stroke. For dinner two fillet of salmon very healthy 0g of carbs and packed to good fats but broccoli dose have 2.1g of carbs per serving and 2 cherry tomatoes is 1.3g and 3 asparagus is 0.3g and the yogurt is 4.1g the grand total is 38.7g of carbs 38.7g under the 50g minimum but u would be better with 20g with a better result by laying off sharlots ❤
This is entirely wrong. Sharlots contain 3.3g carbs per 100g serving, which breaks down to 0.8g of carbs to an average sized sharlot. Also the tomatoes carbs vary a lot between the types of tomatoes but in gernal 3.1g of carbs per 100g serving. It needs kinda more to get thrown out of ketosis than that.
