I’m getting like ten calls a day all from different numbers, text messages, Facebook messages, fake friend requests, WhatsApp messages etc. then she broke it off with the new supply. These people are predictable as hell.

I been blessed since i went NC. I’m happily dating someone. I’m no longer controlled/manipulated/lied to/cheated on/devalued etc. I don’t have to here them brag all the time or talk about previous supply. I realized I didn’t need them and i have no drama/chaos. I live peacefully

They're diseases that latch on and try to kill who you are.. . I hope you took a good break before jumping Into another relationship though. You need time alone after these relationships to heal alone for atleast 6 months to a year. This way you can slow your life down and truly heal from the trauma and make sure you don't bring these Traumas into your next relationship which will just hurt your new partner and your relationship which will further hurt you. I haven’t talked to my ex in over a year. I’m already moved on and married. Yesterday I got a call from a bill collector asking for him. He didn’t have any debt when we broke up 2 years ago because he couldn’t get a credit card, so this is all new nonsense. He ran into my best friend a couple of times and was suddenly so nice, but before the breakup he was always trying to fight my friend for no reason.
