- Went down to Brighton beach twice with @FishHunterUK Rhy to see what was about. I learnt alot of my first visit and made up for my mistakes on the second session.

Now years ago we used to night fish off the banjo groyne, but now the beach is way out the front. The sand was just in front of the round end of the groyne. Interesting that we never caught plaice. Soles yes but not plaice.

Gonna go tackle box for bait, tempted to fish off marina after reading up a bit what you reckon
Sorry fir the late reply Lewis, I haven't fished the marina this year hut seen very good reports and a wide range if species to catch. Tackle box is yoir best bet. If your looking for place the older the better on worm baits, but like I said you never know what your gonna get this time of year at Brighton. Good luck and let me know how it goes
who do nobody take the fish for the table, fresh plaice are as good eating as you can catch in uk waters
Cannot believe why you fish so close to each other, all trying to catch the same fish, spread out ffs!
