Hey Guys, here we have a look at the new style of adidas gazelle which is modeled on the 1991 shape, and a replacement of the OG shape people have been used to for a few years now. There's going to be 53 colourways of these so plenty of opportunity to get a pair. Let me know which you prefer - the OG or the 91 shape.
gazelles and puma suedes are the best trainers ever made. they're timeless
I got the royal blue and this green is an absolute beauty. I like the new shape more but the OG is unbeatable

I remember this model of Gazelle in the 80s, before 91
Ordered some in the Navy Blue color, same as my OGs were in before I finally wore them out. In pics, I do like the look of the toe more on the new versions. The OGs have been my favorite shoes for a while but the pointy nature of the toe didn't quite suit my style. I think these will look better on my feet. Hopefully they stick around for a few years! I like Gazelles a lot more than Sambas yet Sambas never go away.

Is the OG slimmer than the newer version?
The Gazelle OG are also my alltime favorite, actually from any brand in my case. I own 3 pairs of different colors that i probably wear a good 5 days out of 7. Problem is now that i have to force myself to wear other models since i haven't yet found something that i like as much. Out of curiosity what are the others models that you dig ?

Love the og Gazelle my absolute favorite but I have the 91's because og gazelle are so hard to find even on line
James May has green and red.... if they are good enough for him then they're good enough for me!
An other interesting fact : I have just noticed that there are 2 versions of the OG, not exactly 2 versions but 2 fabrications.
One is made in Vietnam and the other in "Myanmar". The ones from Vietnam are a bit more pointy. The ones from Myanmar are actually my favorite : the suede is a bit stiffer and rugged giving them a better style than the vietnam ones that are a bit too soft, an aspect only renforced by their pointy silhouette. I'm pretty sure that the ones you've shown in your video are the vietnam ones, i recogonise their shape... Could you check ?
The difference beetween the 2 is thin but it's definitely there. The Myanmar ones hold together better and are my absolute favorite !
The 90s have a much much shorter toe box and was a lot better looking compared to the green one you have!! Although they don’t look to bad.
Adidas always say the won’t re release the do Stockholm , Dublin ect
Can you compare the 91's to the 2's. Great video. Gutted that they're doing away with the OG's though, favourite pair of trainers I've ever owned, been around since 1968 and I have no idea why they're finishing with them, I don't like the new 91's and I've had one pair of the 2's in the past and I'm not a fan
I'm not a fan of the 2s and sold/turned into work shoes my 3 pairs of them. I'll try my best but not sure if I'll bag any gazelle 2s. they were very skater shoes. thick soles, chunky tongues and laces with massive toes. not good at all.

Gewglesux sorry for being late, but the shop 'schuh' will show you gazelles in red, light blue and more colours, you probably have a shoe by now lmao.

hi mate. i find the gazelle true to size. the napa is oversized. depends if you want it to look baggy or not. i like mine to look normal so i went for a medium, but in most other jackets I'm a large

I saved a search on eBay so I was notified when as soon as someone listed them in my size (6) all green brand new £25! Good luck on the hunt 😁😁👍

You could also try Depop and Vinted, it’s getting harder to locate these now but, if your patient they’ll come up eventually, I’ve got most off my og’s this way 🤩

No based on the 91 shape they didn't turn in to the gazelle 2 till 94 were the changed the toe box and sole

I ordered a pair of black OGs on the UK Amazon platform. They're look faaaake. The laces are thick and the shape isn't nearly as thin and stylized. Is it common to come across fake Gazelles in there? I'm in America, so I have no reference. Don't buy from Trueboy Clothing though.
