    Any idea why my knees hurt at 70kg frontsquat like hell, while i can backsquat 150kg x10 without pain?

      you might be letting your knees drift too far foward in the front squat compared to the back squat.

      might be.. difficult to look down while frotsquating

      Could be the way you are facing your feet in your stance and how you point them when going down. Also, getting blood flow to your knees by wearing knee sleeves or some flexible sweats will help allow pain relief just by getting good warmth and blood flow to the knees.

      Your knee drift too far infront of the toe its either that or a you are tight in you inner tight dunno the word on english.
      The reason why you come forward so much is most likely due to being tight in your calfs tho.
