Agree,as some one who loves having new mobs join the game I don’t like the fact that Mojang adds very little new mobs in there updates even though they could make at least around 7 or 8 new mobs.They have lots of employees and it is ironic that a single person with a little help from others could make an amazing mod.Makes you wonder the amazing things Mojang could do if they actually put in more work.
they just don't want to throw everything into the game, because what would be there to update? Also, developing a game and modding a game are two different things my friend.

The Murmur is most definitely inspired by the Rokurokubi; a Japanese Yokai that, just like the Murmur, may look human, save for its ability to stretch and move its neck, as if it were made of rubber. That is very genius!
@@yorkmouseModz i think that in old videos it was easier to make this mistake. Idk why, maybe it’s audio quality? Also I think that west slavic accent, which is pretty rare, did not help :p

I love that the potoo has the changing eyes. Irl they either look like muppets or hellspawn, with no in-between, and this mod captured the muppet aesthetic very well.
fun fact bout the mudskippers: they are real fish, they live in parts of africa (iirc) and they can jump (used in their dominance display against the males of their species) and the smaller species of them can dig holes :3

Alex's Mob is what gave me more interest towards the Mod side of Minecraft, also I've watched Alex's Mob before it became very popular through Boodlyneck's showcase.
I see Alex’s mobs are starting to dip into enemies inspired by mythological. Since the mummer is identical to the rokurokubi and the underminers are like tommyknockers.

The Murmur seems to be based on the "rokurokubi" a type of Japanese monster. This is really nice
