I´m so happy that old school rockers are still playing and trying to keep rock alive, people like glenn hughes, doug aldrich, george lynch, joe lynn turner, etc. AMAZING!
Huge fan of the 80's Sound...These guys got something going on with this new music...Deen Castronovo on vocals is something I been waiting for him to do for years now.....Great singer and the best drummer on Earth ....Jack Blades is multi talented on every level....I will be watching and waiting ...
I am really excited about this album. All I need is great songs, but I am also getting the extra of the best musicians and one of my favorite singers/drummers, Deen Castronovo. Can't wait.
WOW WOW WOW. FEED ME MORE!!! This is some amazing work and I can't wait for the album. Deen in my mind already is an amazing singer and I'm so excited that he get's to showcase his chops with Doug and Jack. This is what we need so much more of, positive upbeat, feel good Rock N Roll. Great Job guys!!
The cameo appearances in this album are a great musician's musician record. What a wonderful vibe and I look forward to adding this to my collection of great Melodic AOR material in my library. Thanks guys.
You guys ROCK!! 😁😁😁 Just recently came across you during pandemic lock-down, and bought all albums immediately, videos great, especially the latest ones with Paula -- frickin' awesome songs, added to driving playlist 👌
Stellar stuff.. Listen to the chord changes and unexpected lifts - brilliant ! I am sure there will be some heavier more mundane songs for you stubborn souls
I can´t believe it! Dough Aldrich was the guitar player from LION! , the band that recorded the metal version of the song for the animated movie for Transformers!!!!
if anyone from this label reads this, its my dream to sing for a band like this, I feel I may have what it takes, my channel on here is Emmanuel wolf music, back and white picture. I do covers atm but I have my own stuff ready to go.its a dream that will eventually come true.
Heard Turn Back Time on Planet Rock last night, could not believe how good it sounded, sounded like the best 80's band I'd never heard of.... Will definitely be having me some of this.
Cmon guys this aint a bad record , if today´s music was all like this i´d still be buying lots of cd´s , yes it lacks the energy and spirit of 86 to 91 golden years and it sounds a lot like Journey but still easily top 5 this year
Luis Duarte you know Luis, I made a huge mistake with what transpired. I'm back with my beautiful Fiancé and although it's going to take a lot of time to repair all of the wreckage and hurt be caused my family and friends...so...in saying that.. I'm not a piece of Shit. I won't allow myself to be defined by my past behaviors and actions nor will I let comments like this to derail me.I'm 19 months clean and sober and am grateful and thankful for all of the positive support I see here. I'm not offended in any way Luis, you have a right to your opinion but to make a comment like this, not knowing what truly transpired, not knowing me personally, seems a bit uncalled for but hey, you have a great day Sir.
Aldrich is just the best, plain and simple. And Deen and Jack aren't too bad either. Some of it sounds a little cliche but still better than the rock music today. Good stuff.
Not surprising, Deen often sings a couple songs in Journey's live shows these days! And with Arnel singing on one track and Neal playing on another....
Amazing artists playing hokey music. Why does so much of the new stuff coming out have to have that 'cheese metal' element?? Disappointing because I love every one of these musicians. As far as I am concerned these artists are some of the best in the world at their craft. However, I've been a session artist for over 15 years and I just can't grab a hold of this band. I understand the audience though and these men giving it a shot at appealing to those who actually buy this type of music. I also understand the record companies because I've been in the industry for many years. But this is like trying to glaze sushi (The Artists) with strawberry syrup ( the music). I just can't hang with it.
Well, I do get that rock nowdays means you have to dress like lumberjacks and play 2 strings over and over. E, A, A, E, but like you, I don't get this music at all. I guess I'm weird, because I didn't get Chickenfoot either. I personally think Jack Blades has totally diluted himself. Playing with other people is good, but not to the degree Blades does it. Totally diluted.
Where it's all metal....then they throw in some gay bridge or chorus with synthesizers, or odd tempo upbeat and strangely unfamiliar. Not sure who the genius was who started this trend, but it blows.
TruthUnderFire Maybe it does for you, and even I´m not so much into keyboards, except of the traditionals like B3, Piano and Fender Rhodes, I like this album, because it has great songs. You proove that a session artist doesn´t necessarily know what a good song is. That´s why they are session players. lol
You're entitled to your opinion of course. Art is not something I enjoy critiquing. I can see the talent here. That's not in question. It's the choices regarding composition. I may be being a touch harsh. but at the same time I'm not feeling this.
I´m so happy that old school rockers are still playing and trying to keep rock alive, people like glenn hughes, doug aldrich, george lynch, joe lynn turner, etc. AMAZING!
All of you guys sound incredible together! It is nice to see all of you showcasing your true talents. So good!

when come out new cd ?

Too bad this CD is only available at inflated prices from foreign sellers at the moment. Their first CD is the best but pretty much unavailable.
this is just kinda a like a b-side of journey. sounds a lot like them.
Not surprising, Deen often sings a couple songs in Journey's live shows these days! And with Arnel singing on one track and Neal playing on another....

zirreall Not sure what your definition of melodic rock is.
