To make these fabulous treats even more fun, use tonic water instead of plain water. The quinine in the tonic water will make them glow under black light!! Yes, Glow In the Dark Eyeballs!!
This is perfect, place it on a serving tray and then if someone uses a fork or a toothpick to transfer over to their plat it will start bleeding!!!! Love it
I went to five different stores in my area and they had different kinds of silicone molds but not like yours with a lid for the come out perfectly round balls where could I get it
I have silicone trays found on amazon, I tried last weekend to make and had difficulty with the custard part - thinking of "building" them backwards - custard, iris, then the jello as it should run thru the funnel in the tiny hole on top of my 2 part mold
these look amazing! delish recipe with the vanilla. how many servings is your recipe? also, any substitutions for a 21+ version? maybe 1/2 vodka instead of cold water?
Hello I want to make these for our Halloween party tonight, but where did you purchase the tray for the eyeballs an the gelatin from I am having a hard time finding these 2 items
It looks like you could also use an empty styrofoam egg carton. Also, could you drop these eyeballs into a witch's brew containing dry ice? Or do they need to be served separately?
These are awesome! Quick question.. Do they need to be refrigerated up until serving? I'm also wondering how far ahead I can make these. Maybe a couple of days and just keep in the fridge?
blueberry for pupil works to for those allergic to certain frosting.use lemon pudding and you get alien, ghoul eyes because of the yellow in the pudding but going to do the vanilla pudding soon. Sine I didnt have ice trays I used my egg mold for boiling eggs work good to.
thank you this was helpful l really needed a taste of that yummy juicy jelly eye but l'm not gonna had the raspberry but thank you again very helpful 😁
Where can I get those trays from? I have looked and looked and have come up empty. I see a difference with ice cube trays and cupcake trays. I am confused with the holes. Please advise. Thank you!
I like these, you did a great job on these. When you say a packet of jelly, you mean jello packet right? Then, what affect will these eyeballs have if I place them in a party bowl of punch? They won't become too slimy or began to sink will they??
Okay, +CookingwithKarma, I need help. My iris refuses to stick to by eyeball. It just sticks to the interior of the mold. I get it out and it is in pieces. What am I doing wrong? These are for my daughter's party. I am using them as creepy invitations inside a box with a vintage eyeless girl pic.
+Regina Waters i think your not letting the blue part of the eye sit and cool enough until its jelly. then adding the black separately, and letting that sit also befoore u add the white
@@karat9226 let my iris sit for an hour in the fridge, then added the pupil, which sat for another hour (because I was distracted by kids) and they still separate. Also, they taste like NOTHING.
These are amazing! Think this is the first recipe of yours I have ever watched and said "ewwwwwww" haha great idea! Also thank you so much for my items! They arrived the weekend :) xx

I love this! So creative, I'm going to make this for my daughter's class party & maybe add it to my husband lunch to freak him out muhahaha! Thanks Anna
I'm just wondering, but how is this supposed to work? I mean, you're pouring the white mixture over the iris and the pupil, so wouldn't the iris be backwards with no pupil showing? And how would the eye be rounded on the white part when the mixture only technically takes up half the mold? It feels like you left a lot of stuff out to me. Sorry if I sound rude, but i'm just rediculously confused.

Thanks for giving us a perfect Halloween idea!

What an awesome technique, Anna! Love how creepy but yummy these are =)

Hi! is one tray? or 2 same trays? or this special for eyeballs? thanks!
Does the tray have to be plastic or does it work with silicone or metal cake pop trays??
It looks like you could also use an empty styrofoam egg carton.
Also, could you drop these eyeballs into a witch's brew containing dry ice? Or do they need to be served separately?
very creative!
For the gelatin whites of the eyeballs, is that plain colored gelatin or does it indicate "white" on the package?
Looks great! Would it be a big problem if I didn't use vanilla pudding mix in the recipe?
These are awesome! Quick question.. Do they need to be refrigerated up until serving? I'm also wondering how far ahead I can make these. Maybe a couple of days and just keep in the fridge?
What do u do with the extra eye color mixture?????
Do they stick to the tray? Is it hard to get them out?
The mold shes using are cake pops molds you can get them at Walmart, Joann's, and Micheals.
They are actually ice trays, I got them from ebay :)
Hey

CookingwithKarma If they're ice trays, why did they have the holes in the bottom of the top one? Did you make the holes yourself?
No we can't get them because those stores don't exist in the UK.
Where do I can find the mold to the eyes? How is called the mold?
What are the ingredient measurements for these great gummy eyeballs. Love your idea!!
They are in the description
WHERE IS THE DESCRIPTION ????

Can these withstand room temperature for long time?
So fun! Thank you for sharing this!! I think the two-piece metal cake-pop baking molds will work -- going to give that a try.
My eyeballs stick to ice cube tray. How do I get them out in one bootifull piece? Will cooking spray work? I absolutely love these!
Where do we found the round shaped mole???
What kind of gelatin do you use?
hey +cookingwithkarma , are you using the vanilla oil? or some thing else?
What is the mould you are using. Looks like cake pop mould.
this is awesome, but it looks so weird! lol, good job Anna!

will black royal icing work for the pupils?!?
great video, love the eyes, can;t believe you can actually buy blue jello like that
I like these, you did a great job on these.
When you say a packet of jelly, you mean jello packet right?

I made these as a kid years ago. I liked using blueberries for the pupils.
hi Karma can you post the actual receipe? how much milk to pudding etc

Wow! Very easy! Thank you!!
Oh My goshh.....You are super talented girl....Love It!!
Awww thank you :)
Like the creativity with the raspberries
Finally a decent gummy recipe
Is there any method to give the eyes a bloodshot look without using the frozen raspberries?
Brilliant love the kids will love them, and by the looks of things so do the big kids :)
So creative! I love it :)
Where can I buy the mold you used please?
What video editing software are you using?
can you use tonic instead of water
is there a recipe that can be printed out so you can make the eye balls.
Could you use a blueberry instead of the icing?
How are you doing the eyeball

+Regina Waters are you putting in a small amount of jello mixture first then letting it set, then adding the black colouring?

To make them more scary you could add red icing stripes at the same level as the pupil to make them look bloody :D
For an extra flavour, try licorice icing! Its really yummy that way too!
creeps me out, but very real looking.
that is so cool and it would be even cooler if you put some red veins in the eyeball
How awesome :)
I need the exact recipe for the custard part of te eyeballs?
Can we put strawberry instead of raspberrys
These are amazing! Think this is the first recipe of yours I have ever watched and said "ewwwwwww" haha great idea! Also thank you so much for my items! They arrived the weekend :) xx
Can we use paper gelatine
Cool work and good eyeballs good 😌 anna
Approximately how long do they take to set?? The top felt firm so I opened the top and they all split in half! :(
wooow!! those look so cool!! I'd try these for sure.
OMG this looks so realistic!!!!! Just one question, do I have to use the pudding powder cause I have no idea what that is
Love these.

How can I get the entire list of ingredients
Could you tell me where I can find ''agar'' ? I really like to make this but I don't want to use gelatin .
Try a health food store if you can't find it in your regular grocery store.
Any Asian store should have it too
What's agar?
bilzup it is a vegetarian alternative to gelatin... it comes from Algae
ALL the ingredients are listed under the "Show More" button for all of you who are asking for measurements.
they are the cake pop trays, you can find these on line at any baking shop or Amazon or even ebay
So I made my first batch and it is now in the fridge and didn’t work. The jello came out and the writing icing also came out. What did I do wrong?
Also made the milk black not white
Thank you so much they taste so good
