The second candy made me want to name it "Island Crystal Candy" because the green and the blue made me think of a green island shore close to the water. Another beautiful creation by everyone's favorite Cinnamon Roll! Hehe!

Thanks for the great video. How do you dry your gems? I live in cold, coastal weather so it takes a while plus the ants gets into them at times. Keeping them in a cool oven reduces ventilation and drying 🤦🏾♀️
I tried the recipe, the only thing that failed for me was that she didn’t say which brand to use of the agar agar as I did purchase agar agar but it wasn’t working because you need a certain brand of agar agar which is a trophy agar agar which is in a white blue and red packet and i just thought all agar agar was the same but turns out it isn’t and after I got the trophy brand, it has started to work for me and I flavoured mine pineapple, and soon I will be doing strawberry and Musk

I just made these a week ago and we are eating them now. The ones I made are not as pretty as yours, but they taste very good. I used pear flavor for mine. Had it left over from my Christmas hard candies I make.

Random thought...how about making a bean shaped mold with Lima beans (the real life bean Senzu are based on) and food grade silicon mold kits and make a batch ahead of time for a convention so you can have a bag full of them? Cause it has that audible crunch sound that Senzu from Dragon Ball are famous for but it's also soft and gummy inside...it'd be easier to do this than try and make a hard candy version or a bootleg chocolate version cause when you bite into a bean..they are one color all the way through for the most part instead of something like an M&M. Also I've never seen anyone make a con worthy Senzu replica that won't melt like crazy, so this might be the closest you can make.

You put on parchment paper on a tray out in the open to dry and get the hard shell. Four days is good.
