Consola $500 + 7 años de online $840 + 7 años del gamepass que mencionaste otros $840 + un PC normal (porque un PC gamer, hace todo lo de una consola, pero no al revés, si compras PC gamer, puedes prescindir de consola, si compras consola, sigues necesitando un PC. Un consolero que habla de precios es alguien que jamás se sentó a hacer una cuenta.
Drivers... una consola no es magia, es más, hoy son x86 como el PC, y las consolas también tienen actualizaciones, y tardan más, y con más fallos, y no en segundo plano, todo es peor a la hora de los drivers en consolas.
Upgradear... ¿Acaso no aguantas 8 años con una consola apestada que corre gráficos de un PC de 3 generaciones atrás? Si puedes jugar así en consolas ¿por qué le pides al PC actualizar cada 2 meses? ¿Ustedes son lerdos o qué?
Pide al PC lo mismo que a las consolas, y verás que lo hace mejor, por más tiempo, con mayor catálogo que todas las consolas juntas, con todos los géneros, con más comunidad, por siempre, y con MODS.

Hell yeah! Ape Escape! My all time favourite ps1 game. So glad ill get to play it in HD. I still plug the old ps1 in to give it a spin sometimes.

They really should have talked with the devs of duckstation because there are only about 6 games that aren't compatible on the emulator now.. SIX, and you can make most games run 4k 60 on a medium end pc but you need to overclock the emulated cpu because it behaves identically to real ps1 hardware[silent hill on duckstation with no "enhancements" runs identical to the ps1 version with the frame drops in all the same places] Thats the impressive part. they identically mimicked the way the ps1 chip handles instruction whereas other emulators will have haphazard speedups and slow downs that dont make sense or happen on og hardware
OMG you brought Jak games into this and I loved it. Thank you for reminding me such good old times with Jak and Dexter and seeing them once again with a beautiful resolution and fps 😆😁
Actually this ps4 remaster is bad even the ps3 remaster kills this one.
Your blind the graphics still look shert on ps5 all Xboxers would say exactly the same you guys are used to seeing outdated graphics on ya consoles but Xbox has gone past this look. many years ago difference between Xbox n PS is your games don't even look upgraded at all they all still look horrible like the day those games came out look at all our games on Xbox classic through to Xbox one even our Xbox original games look better than there competition ps1 versions end of the day these PS5 version still don't look upgraded coming from an xboxer point of view you guys are living in outdated graphics land and I'll never go back to PlayStation ever

Ese juego fue muy especial para mí, le hice incluso un mod para que tenga las voces del doblaje mexicano.
También tengo PS4 y eso no me detiene, el problema es querer jugar un PS1 en una pantalla HD, es mejor usar una tele CRT.

Just use DuckStation, PCSX2 and PPSSPP play your games in 4k 60 fps. Its a joke PS5 can't hold 4k 60
Games in Duckstation look better but there is a huge difference between mod emulation and playing the original game at its best. The way to play it on PS5 is to preserve the original game without altering it too much, for the rest you can pick emulators. There is another reason, and is the same why games like Aladin, Casper, Destruction Derby, Dragon Quest VII and Doom have upscaling issues in Duckstation.
By example If you take a pixelated sprite and make it look bigger you will just get the same pixelated sprite. You can think in playing Super Mario Bros 2 at 4k?
If you want to apply more filters you will only get a blurry mess and will change the gaming experience, the same with the 60fps optimization. All perfectly playable games on Duckstation at 60fps have been modified or hacked in such a way that they are no longer the original game in the process.
60'fps' on PCSX2 is actually the (NTSC) TV refresh rate and has nothing to do with the ACTUAL frames rendered.
Shadow of the Colossus for example feels like it running sub 30fps even if the emulator says 60fps. PCSX2 even emulates the fps drops that happens on original PS2

With Duckstation it’s way better because you can fix the warped and the wobble with almost every game by turning on the PGXP (geometry correction) among others options inside PGXP.

Para todos esto es emulacion en todo su expresion, tener en cuenta que Android lleva años optimizandose el emulador esto es un emulador seguramente hecho por sony para su plataforma, ejemplo los de PS2 corre a 60 x q ya se trabajo en ello en PS4 ya que venia por defecto con su emulador, en futuras actualizaciones se ira mejorando

Looking through the classic games*, one that instantly caught my eye and I downloaded immediately was Kurushi, however when I checked its' expiry date, it'll seemingly runs out in mid July!
*It's annoying that PS3 games are in the "Classic" section, similarly there seems to be no way to filter between PS1, PS2, PS3 and PSP games.
The emulation of Kurushi at least isn't great, I already own the game as a PS1 classic on PS3 and it looks good there, however in the standard 4/3 for 16/9 resolution here, the games' text is very stretched and hard to read, though in game it played very well and looked alright...
Setting the game to native resolution improves the text clarity, however it then makes the primary image tiny - both problems would surely be an issue in text heavy games.
And while the game thankfully has trophy support, it has too few and they're too easy to get.
Anyway overall I was left thinking right now there's a lot of good with the new tiers but a lot of room for improvement 🤔😯😀🤘
(While of course it's very annoying that PS3 games are only available to stream, apparently don't include any dlc, perhaps none of the games do, though apparently you can still buy dlc for them!
Also the fact that there are no Vita games included in the service 😐.)

Se nota mucho la mejora visual en los juegos, es bueno que a pesar del tiempo "revivan" juegos que a muchos nos dio tanta diversión en la infancia.
Sigue estando a años luz de la emulación en PC. Por dar un ejemplo, hoy tenemos cosas como PGXP que alinea todas las texturas que hacen oleaje.
Si esa basura te parece bueno no se que dirías de emuladores capaces de usar vulkan y pgxp y no requieren un equipo ni de 200$
que vergüenza sony, corren mejor los juegos de psx en una xbox que en la propia PS5.

Not exactly. The game 9/10 times has to have been optimized from creation to take advantage of an increased frame rates when capable otherwise you get all sorts of weirdness happening. Emulation is using software to do what hardware does so hardware acceleration is lost and faster cpu just brute forces it. Sometimes you get perfection sometimes you don't. Can't tell you how many times I have use PCSX to crank the framerates and suddenly the character becomes the flash lol

Unlocked framerate wasn't always a thing, most of the time the games were specifically made for a certain framrate - making it higher could potentially mean the game would play as a whole in that higher framerate, like a time lapse. The comment above yours explains it quite nicely.

@@angelenko1 Lo dice porque puedes renderizar los juegos a 4k de resolución o más de resolución , puede parchear que los poligonos y la geometría en sí bailen en las opciones PGXP fijándolo por limitaciones del HW original pasaba eso, puedes añadir el filtro XRBZ que hace que en algunos sprites no salgan tan pixelado.
Puedes overclockear la psx un juego que va a 25-30fps que vaya a 50-60fps.
Permite hacer mods de texturas y cargarlas haciendo que los sprites sean de una mejor resolución que en su versión original .
Hay miles de motivos preferir duckstation que no la emulación simple que ha implementado sony en sus consolas..
@@angelenko1 No tiene porque ser cosa de dinero, yo tengo un PC mas potente que PS5 y emulo en Retroarch ps1-ps2 y todas esas consolas antiguas, es simplemente que Retroarch lo hace mejor que PS5 lamentablemente y siendo gratis

Esto me recuerda cuando jugaba juegos de psx en dreamcast que se veían mejor en dreamcast que la misma ps2, asi pasa ahora los juegos de psx, ps2 y psp se juegan mejor en xbox series que en la misma ps5

simple, si modifican algo, otra cosa fallará, un ejemplo es el Halo 1 y 2 que tienen un pesimo rendimiento en xbox sX que en la xbox clásica.

La "mejora" solo suaviza los bordes y mejora la iluminacion pero hace que se noten a mayor escala los polígonos, solo por la mejora de frametraicing medio vale la pena pero es mejor su version original a un rescalado forzoso

En ps3 no tenían ninguna mejorar en la práctica era ver tu ps1 conectada con Salida RGB a una pantalla HD nada más. Misma resolución y rendimiento que en ps1
@@benjaminm.v6668 con reescalado y salida HDMI. Los juegos de PS1 los veo muy bien en mi TV Samsung LED 4K de 49" a una distancia de 2,30 mts. No es en HD, pero no me hace falta, y lo prefiero a que se vean todos los polígonos en HD. 🙂

@@theblack306 Opino lo mismo. No está mal lo que introdujo Playstation pero se queda corto contra Xbox que ya sentó las bases en todo el tema de retrocompatibillidad. Es bueno ahora ya que recién sale pero es de esperar que se lleguen a los estándares de la competencia
@@wirered2561 Sony Playstation trae un servicio que viene a competir con otro pero más caro y con menos opciones, sin juegos AAA día uno, sin mejoras fps en los retrocompatible, sin HDR, sin mayor resolución, sin opciones de descarga, etc. De verdad que hay usuarios que definitivamente perdieron su identidad con tal de defender todo de su empresa multimillonaria favorita.
Claro, es obvio que uno como usuario tiene el derecho y deber de exigir más, sin embargo, el servicio aún no sale como tal, tampoco se trata de defenderlo, pero entró a "competir" con otro servicio que llevó 5 años en perfeccionar, el nuevo ps plus no lleva ni una semana y es 1/3 de lo que prometieron, por el cual anualmente es más barato que solo las mensuales que tiene gamepass y que además solo tiene indies, exclusivas antiguas que si son geniales y sus nuevas adquisiciones, yo solo digo, es injusto

Filters are great for 3D, but there's absolutely no filters for 2D (including textures).
Hope they will be an upgrade especially for PSone Title. Duckstation is still a thousand time betters even without changing anything for 2D.
There's almost a basic plug-n-play smooth (2d - All the screen) filter. And it's not really demanding in terms of ressources.
For PS2 and PS3 games it's a bit less awful but games Oddworld looks even better on a PS1 with a perital cable, so Klonoa, 2D fitghting games etc. will suffers the same problem

no creo que tenga que ver con la potencia, sino con la emulación/optimización, puede que lo corrijan, o puede que les dé igual xddd
No importa el hardware, el problema es su programación. Muchos están limitados por software para ejecutarse de cierta manera. Existen mods para hacerlos funcionar de distinta manera en emuladores de PC, pero no todos funcionan bien, o cambian toda la experiencia de juego.
Las fisicas entre otras cosas de los juegos estan ligados a la cantidad de fps, modificar dicha cantidad es destruir el juego.... por eso hacer ports de juegos antiguos no es nada sencillo

Bueno , dadas las circunstancias esta de más entrar a un video a criticar una consola y/o servicio que no tenes y utilizando el argumento de "gratis" porque el servicio de ps es de pago como todo servicio. Y como este ser viene con esa yo le digo que porque mejor no pide juegos nuevos y no sacar pecho por jugar a una consola de 500 euros juegos de los 90 , para algo es una consola nueva y creo que es para jugar juegos nuevos. Genial, aunque siendo sincero yo ya disfruto de todo ese maravilloso catálogo y más con esa calidad en Series S mediante Retropass y RetroArch gratis y legal. Por eso no me interesa el premium sino el básico que solo da online. Saludos
@Jorge Alcantar Los emuladores llevan ahí mas de 20 años y seguirán estando. Viendo el video, queda claro que el trabajo hecho por Sony para traer sus clásicos es deficiente, hay emuladores que llevan decadas en PC y funcionan mejor que la propia consola. No entiendo como la propia Sony no puede crear un emulador que, al menos, iguale lo ya existente en PC.

Espero que traigan más títulos retrocompatibles a este servicio. Creo que en el tema de la emulación xbox lo ha hecho bastante mejor que PlayStation, esperemos ver juegos traen! Saludos
pues de que van a sacar más , van a sacar, según eran más de 300 titulos entre los de psp, psx y ps2
pero aún así, espero sean titulos de calidad
@@CabiProducctions todas esas máquinas que mencionas tienen muy buenos juegos, sobre todo PSX/PS2 pero en el caso de PSX son juegos muy antiguos y el tema licencias debe ser complicado.
