I have done this class many times over the past year. Something draws me to back to it much more than any other videos I have seen. Cate is a wonderful teacher. Thank you for sharing it with us!

I have been doing your class for a couple of weeks and I love it. I feel so much better since doing this Tai Chi Class. I have significant osteoarthritis, my right knee is on its way out (literally). I can do the standing Tai Chi for now and am glad to have the chair option when it is needed. I think both instructors are fantastic and I also find the background music perfect!! Thank you so so much for making this available on youtube, it is a lifesaver! Please keep this video going forever.

I found this class very helpful.. I am recovering from a foot fracture that I had a couple of weeks back and the doctor had adviced me stay away from labour intensive activities like running or gym for atleast 2 months. Being a bit of a fitness enthusiast myself that idea that I would not be able to do weight lifting or HIIT cardio for the next 6-7 weeks made me feel quite sad and that's when I came to know about tai chi. Previously I used to think that simple movements and light stretching were quiet boring and to a certain degree inadequate to maintain fitness and health but now only after a few days of practicing tai chi I have had a very pleasant change of mind and would like to say that gentle movements and slow exercises like the ones in this video are just as effective for maintaining health and achieving long term fitness goals as any other heavy forms of exercise. 😄

Thank you, I have a bad frozen shoulder. Just copying all the moves coupled with a meditation music had given me a marked relief at the end of the session.

Very good instruction and I know you have to explain things. For me there was far too much talking, it was constant and didn’t really help the mind to absorb one instruction when quickly followed by another. Because of this I didn’t find it particularly relaxing.
