Interesting how in Europe you need a wallet that can carry coins. Here in the US, the most common coins are the quarter, dime and nickel, the value being so small, the only time I have coins is if someone gives me change for $1. But I do remember in Europe, coins are used more, hence the need for a change purse or coin wallet.
I switched from a thick, back pocket wallet to a front pocket wallet 3 years ago and I am not going back.
I use the Mitchell Money Clip Wallet. Perfect for 8 to 10 cards and about 10 bills. Recently I bought something even more minimalist. The Crazy Horse Craft Wallet. I don't know if it will replace the Mitchell, but it is pretty cool, as it is made of just 1 piece of leather.

I have Bellroy Card Pocket too and form factor is obviously great - it's really small and hold a lot of stuff but I agree about accessibility in some situations... If more cash folded then you need to get all out to find out the one you need and when you need coins you need to dump all coins to hand again to find out what you need... for just 'in case of need cash' that's for sure one of the wallets... I ended up using again bifold wallet since for regular use of cash it's basically still the best (and in EU it's just daily basis)... Currently looking ofr some slim bifold which can hold cash and coins and is still same practical like classic bifold with coin pouch...
Not gonna lie to the Fossil wallet looks really good 😊 the leather patina really good
Surprisingly enough it does, right? Bought it almost 9 years ago, holds up great and the patina is really nice as well. Can't complain ;)

Really like that new wallet from Taurus Camp. Something similar from Taurus Camp my one day end up replacing my current EDC Gun Deck wallet from Das Offene Meer. Will be quite interested to watch the follow-up video with your final verdict whenever it becomes available. Before the Gun Deck I also used the Bellroy Card Pocket. Only replacing it after getting tired of using the zipper. But it did hold up great and I still keep it around as my go-to back-up option. Good luck on your upcoming move and new job opportunity! The Gundeck looks like an awesome wallet, but oh well, can't have them all I guess 😁. And I agree about the Bellroy Card Pocket. Its a great little wallet, but I never really warmed up to that zipper either. Thanks and take care!

I live in EU, I got a Sadleback leather wallet with no coin pocket, honestly this was great a great push, I used it for 4 years, and with contactless switched to MAgpull wallet, no coins only cards super light
I'm curious why you picked the Grain over the Base wallet also from Taurus Camp. I'm considering the Grain wallet as well. I would choose it because I prefer how it organizes the cash vs the Base wallet ... For now, I ordered a Big Finn from Lost Dutchman.

Thanks! I still have so much stuff I want review and to talk about. Maybe it will actually be easier or more interesting to make new videos with new surroundings and different places to film. Anyway, I am excited for the next weeks and I'll try to make as many videos happen as possible! :)

Congratulations on your new job. Your current location looks great almost semi rural. Hopefully you need location is equally picturesque. It maybe then since with limited time and money you be forced to make some hard choices. But quality over quantity is not a bad thing. Keep up the great work.
Thanks! My next place will be far more rural, but in a good way. I will move to a small top medium sized city (by german standards anyway) close to the french/swiss/italien borders. So whole different aesthetic in archtiecture over there and warmer climate. Its very beatiful in a completely different way. If I get a chance to I might go into more detail on my second channel at some point :)
I have the belroy I use it as my Saturday night out wallet as I usually like my cards and money zipped up when I’m pissed 🙂

Nice video, thanks for the review. Although I will have to disagree with you @3:10. I think the Bellroy Pocket Card is ideal for coins. I don't mind tipping them all out. It can hold way more coins than most regular bifold, trifold wallets.
It was a lifesaver when I went to Japan where they use ALOT of coins!

What about RFID protection
Would be interesting, sadly none of these offers RFID as far as I'm aware. Maybe there are some 3rd party solutions though. I have not been screwed yet, so fingeres crossed I guess :D
