    Old vid but I have a question:
    If I sculpt a really long spike, would it be too easy to snap and break?

    • @TJCustoms24
      @TJCustoms24  4 роки тому +3

      You might want to reinforce it with something. Something long underneath the sculpt to give it more sturdiness.

    Thinking of doing this to a nighthawk figure but how exactly do I sculpt ok a figure and then keep it’s possibility? Like abs crunch and such?

    • @TJCustoms24
      @TJCustoms24  3 роки тому +1

      Sorry for the delayed response but I would say avoid putting sculpt in the articulation. If you put sculpt in the ab crunch, sand it and keep it thin so it can go inside the crunch without any issues. Hope that helps!

    Im thinking of buying these, so that I can make my own figures, and I have a question. Is the apoxie air dry?

    • @relaxulrespawn
      @relaxulrespawn 4 роки тому +1

      Yes, the apoxie is air dry but you can also heat it up to speed up the drying process

  • @cristianojeda2418

    You didn’t say anything about mixing them both to use if you have to have equal amount for a beginner watching this isn’t all that helpful I telling me what I need not how to use them entirely like I’m confused how you’re going to be blue to use an crunch with how you’d culottes over it

    Are they the type of clay that takes your fingerprints a lot?

    does the color of the apoxie matter at all?

    • @TJCustoms24
      @TJCustoms24  4 роки тому +2

      I would say no. Especially if you are priming your figures. If you just hand paint over it the darker color apoxie’s are going to need a lot more coats then the white apoxie. Hope that helped!

    When you say combine the two parts, do you mean both jars? Or just one?

    • @TJCustoms24
      @TJCustoms24  4 роки тому +2

      When you buy the Apoxie sculpt they give you two parts,(two separate containers)Part A and Part B. You have to combine equal amounts of each of them together.
