Hey Paul, thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge. I have the exact same issue (I think - no electric hot water, but do have gas hot water) and this was to be my next step. 👏🏼👏🏼
It may be a bit primitive, but it's simple and easy to follow and details everything you need to do. Thanks for making the video, I feel a lot more comfortable attacking this myself now. Great job.
Thanks Paul - very helpful video. I have a leak from my hot water outlet to the caravan. Can you advise if I need to bleed the whole tank or can I just undo the elbow fitting and see whats going on?
Hi Don. Just turn power off to his. Turn off mains tap. Use the pressure relief valve to let some water out below the hot water 'out' pipe then you can have a play around. If it was like mine... the John Guest fitting was RS. Also make sure the hot water pipe is pushed all the way home into the JG elbow fitting and then pull on it to seat it properly. 👍
Paul,
Thank you for the video, very helpful.
Excellent video thanks so much, it is well worth watching just to know about the system even if there are no problems at the moment
Great video, thanks for posting. Is there another one on the thermostat adjusting and or replacing?
