  • We've heard from the workshop that customers will often call in saying they're having issues with their hot water not working while on 240Volt. Outside of an actual issue with the wiring or hot water unit, there's a very simple fix...
Follow Steve as he shows you how to locate the hot water unit on your caravan, and how you might be able to solve your cold shower issues.

    Suggestion for video,
Should you when long term storing your van , have the water tanks full or empty?

Thanks for the idea! Will do.
It will cause a bit of conversation as I have heard both sides.
      Thanks David

Is there a requirement to switch these power points on or off based on what the water heaters were doing on Gas ie can the water heaters power point be left on indefinitely or do you need to turn it off when going to gas?

You can definitely leave the plugs in and the switch on thanks Trevor

Should it be stressed that the system must not be turned on unless outside water source is connected or the pump is supplying tank water or the heater will burn out and warranty won't cover damage.

Hi Tony, yes that is an important part of using your HWS.
We were just covering that people were struggling to find the system in their van and see where/ how it was running from 240V.
We have more informative videos coming that cover more specific user items.
