He failed miserably, he didn't subscribe a book called commerce Kenya, which taught disadvantage and advantages, he cused imbalances of import and export ,since 2005 Kenya import more exporting. He could not eradicate poverty and hunger, he was European goon hired to privatelaise national wealth and national services and commercialise basic needs, starting with health, which introduced costs sharing, which now us national disaster, where patients are being stolen their wealth with hospital bill.
