just got back into basketball after 3 years, my body has been in bits since and then i found this video! I found it very tough haha! If you see this would you be able to let me know if I should be doing this daily/for recovery or specifically on training days as a post session cool down?

Why i did not find you earlier? 😅 i am in my mid 30's and can feel the toll on my knees and ankles after every game. This helped tremendously after the game. Should i do this eveyday?

Question! What do I do when I am so inflexible that I cant execute the exercise right? Should i stop this routine and look for something easier? Should i push through it? Will my Flexibility increase with repetion or is there a base Level of flexibility needed to do this Workout?
Hey! I would say do what you can without pushing too hard... Hey! Rather than sit back on the heels, tuck toes in your all-fours position and use your hands to press back to feel the stretch.... This can be much more accessible :) There's also a standing version which I will add to the next basketball video that goes up! x
