I did these streches before practice and when we start practice we run the court 10 times I saw an increase in speed I think it was cause my legs and my body were not stiff it works trust me 👍👌
How long can your muscles stay activated post-stretching if you don’t immediately play right away? For example, I have about a 25 minute commute for my men’s league games and its so much easier for me to stretch at home before I leave. Would I still feel fresh after the 30 minutes of idle body movement in the car or would I need to fully stretch again before playing?
Man joe really be grinding and respond to everything.. good looks joe.. btw can I do this at night? I want to be able to sleep after not be awake due to adrenaline

I called your program and a person named Chris helped me (he was really nice) but he said that this training is only videos but when I watch talks other UA-cam videos I see kids in the gym showing what to do and competing and have shirts and everything like that I was wondering how you join that or something or is it for where you live @joe

Coach I need help with my shooting I tried eliminating my thumb flick but I don't think that's my problem sometimes I release off the wrong fingers (ring and pinky) I'm 5'8 and I play against ppl older and bigger so finishing around the rim doesn't always work
I have my first practice on Monday and im not ready at all, school ends at 3:06 and practice starts at 3:15, i have to change, stretch, and do my warm up all in 9 minutes
You can pick out just a couple of these to do each day that will leave you enough time to get up some shots. But remember to be the most effective player you need to be properly stretched and warmed up.

you stretch when you're finished, warm up then stretch to get the muscles in place. don't stretch before practice or you'll probably tear something

preferably id say you do a couple of those stretches and ur body should ignite that static and good condition again from earlier
