Thanks for your reply just adjusted today and to be fair it's not a hard job when all locked at the crank end everything is marked or has a dot stamp from the factory
after days of searching and seeing little snippets here and there but never quite enough. I find your videos and you nailed it. as far as i have seen you are the only one who covers Finding TDC and locking crank to ensure reassembly is done at tdc. thanks mate.
Thanks for your kind words , it's quite easy just take your time there all marked up from those boys from Rotax . Just block all holes up so nothing drops in them .

Think M8 130mm long domed end and strength 12 I believe well the strongest one you can get ,works a treat at a fraction of the cost by some .
