  • If you want to see the North- and the South Island in New Zealand and you are travelling with a car it is very lickely to cross the Strait named after the explorer James Cook. The Strait can be very rough. Wellington isn't called Windy Wellington for no reason! :D Luckily on that day the sea wasn't to bad but the weather wasn't ideal either.
As a lot of things I recorded in NZ I like the second takes more than the first ones but I wanted to share also my way to the South Island because I don't have any footages of the Marlborough Sounds from my way back to the North Island. It was very foggy on our trip back but on the other hand there were one of the fascinating things I've ever seen. So stay tuned for the way back. :)
Anyway I would appreciate a lot of feedback in the comments. I quite like this kind of "Tripreports" too but it isn't worth it to create them without audience although I'll definitely upload my second Cook Strait Crossing one day!
I hope you liked the video! Feel free to like the video or to subscribe if you are new around here!
Have a good day and stay safe!

Rough Sea.
