Your uncles 40 is a great looking street rod, couldn't believe that you actually caught a couple of amc's at a car show bout time 👍😄
It's actually a '46 - '48.
Nice to see the 70 Torino GT, I had mine 50 years ago the 351C was a great running engine, man was it really that long ago? yah I guess it was the 1970's was a great time to be in your 20"s. Keep up the great work Craig this old guy really enjoys your channel funny how we were doing some of the same things .
Thanks for watching! Glad you’re enjoying it
Chris you are so right, it's been a long time. I had 71 Torino I cloned into a Cobra 429. Couldn't pass a gas station. HAHA. Craig you always bring back memories.
Michael's fast back is really awesome. I love the new toy he has now to. Your Mustang looks good, you should have taken it to the car show. Keep up the great work and hope to see the Galaxy going to car shows pretty soon. God Bless you and your family.
I'm digging the fun Easter egg edits.
Coming back from McDonald’s earlier I saw an old ford truck towing a Galaxie. I thought to myself I need me a galaxie
I really want to get my 65 mustang coupe finished now ! Im buying land and building a house so u fortunately the car is sitting collecting dust. I havent been able to really do anything for the last year on jt and it really sucks. I got the engine finished up . 5.4 2v 9 thread heads and lightning lower with a homemade upper to except gt500 superchargers. I had it bored .10 over and used forged 60 series JE pistons mmr forged rods mmr hurricane pump and opg , forged crank sprocket and all arp hardware for mains and side bolts as well as head bolts. I ported my PI heads and will be using to mmr cams . The blower im using is a vmp gen3 r and will be pushing 18lbs. Fuel system is still up in the air currently but im thinking of using holly 110lb injectors and full dual fuel e85 lines and pumps. The car has a ifs i welded in and qa1 coilovers at all 4s . I real just want to finish this car but adulting is sadly more important right now lol
That car looks more like Mercury Marquis, rather than a Montego. It's the mid 70's version. I like the earlier late 60's version of the Montego. My dad had a nice orange 68 Montego with a black hardtop.
@ 8 . 02 here.......... so what's the cool anything details of this sweet black 2 door ride..............?????
Thanks for the invite Craig, always feel like I'm there. The Torino really rattled my memories. WOW. I've always been a big car, big motor guy. Nothing like horsepower in a LAND YACHT. HaHa
Awesome 63's. Love them as much as 64's. Love seeing those AMC's as well
427 can get those numbers too if it has the right heads and similar intake arrangement as Nick's. I noticed the Men In Black 3rd movie where they go back in time and low and behold there's a 64 Galaxie that Agent K is driving for the MIB super stealth car lol Black with white interior. Ya 427's have a fantastic sound to them. Apparently the race boat guys use them [so I've heard]. :-))
YOu gotta love that AMC Gremlin...lol. I still think they're ugly...but still pretty cool.
I dunno whats cooler the notchback or the mullet!!! Reminder of high school 1990s on Long Island
That 69 is bitchin! What a collection
"Wot in the chicken nugget "😅
@ 4 . 24 here........... what's that brown & yellow 2 door car..........?? any cool detail's of it..............?????
Back in 1985 I worked in something called the gray market. The gas we used for the E.P.A. testing was called Endaline. It was 130 octane and cost $3.00 a gallon, but man it sure smelled Bitchin. I got a half of tank of it once and my 1985 Ford Mustang GT ran a Lot better. I'm not sure if they make it more. Craig have you picked out a color for your Galaxie. If it were mine I'm thinking something other than white. Not really sure what but not white. I miss the car shows in California there are two car clubs where I live and they don't do anything. Michael needs to hot rod his model a using the old school speed parts.
Pearlescent white from a late model Lincoln coupe would be my choice.
@@monkeybarmonkeyman That would be cool, but it seems like every one you see is either Red, Black or White. I may catch flack for this but maybe and I know it's a chevy color but how about Marina Blue.? With a parchment interior. But in the end it's Craig's car so it's up to him.
With your muststang you should get it painted hot rod matte black
Wow uncle Steve took the 47 Coupe out??. Did not know the Pepper Tree show still happened.
We can still hear the engine noise through the speakers!!!! Re-run your rca’s 🤣
A month has past and there is plenty of updates ......... on new cars and race carz. Hope the Galaxies are good.
@ 100 degrees your not burning hot enough, it will screw your gas mileage, I want a 160 thermostat as a low temp. You can use a small card board square over a 1/3 of the radiator. to get the temp up a little in the winter. For the Black mustang, take a marker and go around the car and dab all the small chipped areas with black.
How bout paintin the front end of the Fox?Looks really bad with the white showin thru
Man I really hope that Galaxie makes a great driver for you, you put so much damn work into that car.
Oh I definitely hope so. I wanna drive it everywhere
Shoulda kept the FE there's a ton of part vendors out west
Good afternoon Craig hope you have a great day
Good show👍
Do any of you know if gt-40p heads would fit on a 1983 ford bullnose? It has a 302 5.0 v8.
Are you guys able to send products out to Australia yet
I respect the amount of work you put in bud, you are always doing something. Can’t wait to see both galaxies running
a gremlin and a hornet way to represent AMC.
Hey I noticed in the last two videos that You have been clocked over the left eye. Did you get it working on the Galaxie or Did You say something wrong to you Girl Friend? Just asking LOL LOL.
Haha I dropped a sheet of 3/16 steel on me. Got lucky
Nice
I just picked up 2 D1VE 460 blocks if u know anybody that needs a bare block let me know I’m keeping the short block with the heads
Could you maybe do a video on how you detail your cars? I know nothing about it and you look pretty good at it😂
Good idea!
More junk yards please . Old stuff . 🧐🇬🇧🥇📈
👍
For the love of God Craig please fix the ground on the radio hahaha just breaking balls buddy love the content
It’s my supercharger man idk what you’re talking about.
What year is your buddy's Mustang? What engine? Is it all original?
351w with a small cam, intake and exhaust
