had it for a year or 2 and its still working good like new. best Microphone.
For anyone asking, it also works on Xbox consoles, there are two ways it can work, one that's kind of expensive if you don't have all the materials and the other one that's not as expensive if you have one important material.
The less expensive one is to buy not only this microphone but also a 3.5mm audio splitter, one cord for the headphones and one for the microphone, conect each one to the correct side, then to the controller and enjoy.
The most expensive one is the one where you don't have the appropiate headphones, you will need one with a removable microphone that has a 3.5mm entry, you just then connect this new microphone into the headset, connect the later with the controller and you are good to go.

I bought this thing it sounds amazing the only issue is the “touch” mute button. It’s way too easy to accidentally mute.
Never realised it was recorded from the mic, it actually is really good
when i just tried this mic wit my laptop it worked for the first time
now that am trying to speak with the mic using my recording tools

If you put the gain at like a little before halfway than the mic quality is better less ear raping and stuff than you have the perfect settings

I wouldn't say great looking. Rgb ruins microphones. I think having nice black is just perfect. Or maybe a black base with a blue or any color wind filter. The sm7b just looks too sexy in my opinion. But yeah, this mic sounds good for the price, BUT ITS NOT SOMTHING YOU BUY FOR CONTENT CREATION. Just spend extra money so you don't have to upgrade later. But for just gaming, this is perfect, and I wish everyone else in my games would buy a mic like this instead of a stupid razor mic or headset mic.

Maybe because it’s dynamic which requires you to speak into the end directly and closely. It doesn’t pic up sound from the sides.

Not everyone is terminally online, researching everything they need to before making a purchase brah, something as basic as this NEEDS to be pointed out in bold fucking letters for everyone buying it to see.

I’ve connected the fifine to my MacBook which has the rode connect software. However, rode connect is not recognizing or picking up the mic connection. Any suggestions. It ready my NT-USB mics just fine

USB works fine - maybe your laptop is having trouble delivering the adequate power via usb

I tried to connect usb to laptop it never captures my voice and when i use the XLR the led doesn't turm on
Use a usb c cable if you want to have led work. And use xlr for prob best connection

@@Swiftie13love I have a very very cheap mic ohm condenser mic (usb) it pics up background noise but I can clean it with some plug-ins and I've made great sounding songs with it. I recently decided to upgrade but I wanted to be fancy so bought the Fduce sl40 thinking it'll be good for music production... Worst mic choice, it's good for podcast not music, the background noise it's picking up is way worse. Took me three months to come up a good preset for mic but it's still worse than the cheaper OHM mic. My advice is get the Behringer C-1u (usb) sounds very professional and it's cheap. These new fancy podcast mics aren't that great for singing
