Who else realized how spoiled we are now having the score in the corner of the screen? I was watching this whole video trying to keep track of the score lol
This is why #22 is so valuable. Emmitt does it again when the Giants started to get to Aikman and hitting him. Smith from 30 yards out takes it to the house! 10:22 And then #22 finishes em off in dominance to make it 22-3 on a 68 yard killer! 10:58
This was real football. Now days if a player on the opposite team even looks at another player a way they don’t like they’ll be penalized. Especially if a player puts a finger on another player, or don’t tackle soft enough people and social media will go crazy
Cause no team has ever been this good or ever will again in this salary cap era... You have to choose great offense or great defense now... the 92 cowboys had both... The 92 and 93 49ers and even Bills would crush any team today... The best teams were THAT much better... And we saw what the Cowboys did to the Bills and Niners 2 straight years
No team has been that good since, nor will a team ever be again. Between the salary cap, free agency, and expansion (4 teams added since then) no team will have a chance to be that dominant again. Heck, the Patriots team that won every regular season game would've finished 3rd in the NFC East that year, if not 4th.
Worst Thanksgiving ever! The Sunday before this game, Vai Sikahema and the Eagles lit the Giants up for 47 points at home. The following two games after this, the Redskins and Cardinals (still in the NFC East back then) whooped their ass back to back. Truly dark days of Giants football! At least this stretch jettisoned Ray Handley...
This was one hell of a game! The Giants played hard, but by the end of that game the Cowboys defense was just hammering the Giants. The Cowboys offense had their way by the end too. This was the best Cowboys squad that I can remember. This team was even better than the 1970s teams although that first championship squad was close.
It was nice to see the Cowboys get a little payback from the beasts of the East. All those years of getting mauled by the Giants, Eagles, Redskins and even the Cardinals. It was Frankenstein spanking time!!!
That game the Giants had no one. Simms and Hoss were gone for the year. LT was gone for the year too and the rest of the Giants were just old and poorly coached. The Cowboys just destroyed a bad team like they were suppose to do.
@@jackduncan5442 Wrong! No sweep.Cowboys won 31-9(D) and 16-13(NJ) in 1993. Giants did not win until 1994 after 5 straight losses. Stop embarrassing yourself by writing stupid shit!
Attended this game with my Dad and my Uncle. I was 6 years old. Man, it was so awesome to be there! Great times!
Geez, Dallas defense was a beast! I always remembered those years that the offense was our strength. Man we had both
WOW just wow!! This Cowboys team was just amazing!!

Eric Williams from 91-95 was the greatest Left Tackle of All-time
That car wreck stopped what would have been a Hall of Fame career
Right tackle

I was 20 in 1992 and enjoyed the hell out of that year. I knew Cowboys would make the NFC championship game that year and win the Super Bowl.
Momentum shifter 10:28 and 10:58 again Emmitt takes over!
Anyone who thinks Emmitt Smith was overrated needs to watch this performance.
The Cowboys will eventually win a Super Bowl again. But it'll never be this good.

@@davidarmstrong173 : Well said! It's so true.
Smith had a lot of long runs in his career for a guy they say was not fast
This was the team that Jimmy built! They will never be this good again.

Glorious time to be a cowboy fan

Exactly!
Happy Thanksgiving. Go cowboys
After 91 Jimmy Johnson knew he needed a better defense boy he sure did deliver 😉
Good ole fashion azzwhoppin. Giants don't knows the word "quit" but after that they do now.
When you have to play against a 99 overall team in Madden Ultimate team.
My God that Dallas DEFENSE!!!!

Baring a time machine, nothing Giants had that season healthy or otherwise could compete with Big D.
Then they swept them the next year with Simms, Taylor and Reeves.

These were the days.
1:03 this was essentially the drop that killed Stephen Baker's career. He didn't play in 1993 and that was it for his NFL career.

How ‘bout them Cowboys?!
What an irritating back ground noise in this video.
I upgraded this one partly because of that.
