- Module 10 (Configuring Windows) of the Full CompTIA A+ Training Course which is for beginners. This is the last part of the Core 2 which mostly focuses on the 1102 exam questions and topics.
In this video we cover the tenth module of the Full A+ Course which is Configuring Windows. This is also the first module of Core 2.

I would reccommend going completely through these videos and completely through professor messer's videos on a comptia subject then going over their study questions. There are tons of people who do videos but these two are really good and using both fills in holes the other one may have in their videos

Congratulations on passing Core 1. Did you buy the book to follow along or you just went through the videos and take notes, then sat the exam?
@@jayroyer I watched the videos and took notes, then used flashcards. If I was lacking in one part of the flashcards I'd go back and rewatch the video. I did that until I felt confident enough to take the test.
I passed my Core 1 yesterday thanks to your videos and practice questions! I'm starting my Core 2 studying today and I'm hoping to take it in February!

Just so you know you can change the alignment of the task bar to be on the left side. I have windows 11 and it looks exactly like windows 10 imho. Also GIMMIE COOKIES!

There should be another video available every few days :)
The uploads are not on a specific schedule because I'm also working full time so I make them as I find free time between work. Some weeks I have more free time then others so its random.
They will get made though and will be up shortly. What was not mentioned in the intro video but I'm thinking of doing is to add 1 or 2 extra videos after the course in the same playlist which will be some practice questions.
These practice questions videos are however NOT the actual questions from the exam since that's not allowed by the vendor but they will cover the same topics and measure you on the same skills.
@@BurningIceTech Please yes practice questions would be very helpful. I've been using gpt4 up until this point to make me short practice quizzes for each section that I do and ask for feedback, and would greatly appreciate if you could find time to make a some of your own quizzes for me and others to practice.

Do you recommend doing all of module 1 and then the test then come back for module 2? Or watch all vids straight through first?
I'm assuming you mean Core 1 and Core 2. A lot of people are under the impression that after they cover all the content in Core 1 they can go write the exam but what most don't know is, the exam "cross-polinates".
Both exams will refer to stuff in the other Core. For example, Core 1 exam will refer to things in Core 2 and visa versa.
If you only covered the content in the Core 1 and you write the Core 1 exam, it's going to at times refer to things which are in the Core 2 content and this could possibly catch you off guard and throw you off your game. Generally I'd recommend people cover BOTH Core 1 AND Core 2 before attempting their first exam.
It won't cost you extra money, you will simply just be delaying your first exam a bit until you cover the Core 2 content as well.
What I said above is not a Rule or a Must, it's just something I've noticed and my personal recommendation
