I've watched Saving Face for the 3rd time and i still enjoy the movie everytime i watch it.
These women are so talented.
I just discovered Saving Face a few weeks ago, and I am so obsessed with it. I watch it almost everyday. It is so beautifully made. Hands down one of the best romcoms ever made.

Saving Face Reunion?
I was just amazed and flabbergasted with myself because I've not even seen this movie, until now! It's July 2021, I'm Chinese and GAY AF! LOL... But in my defense, I came out later in life so I was not exposed to any of this when I was growing up or even in my adulthood.
Anyhow, the plot of the movie is beyond its time! Alice Wu is a visionary. This movie is such orthodox in its genre which made it so amazing because it did not follow the regular “lesbian trope” on that particular period, thrown to us by the film industry. Hence, my reaction to seeing an Asian lesbian lead character who gets her happy ending is beyond awesome!
