One of my favorite strength building yoga workouts out of ALL the videos I have seen on UA-cam! I love that it was full body, and I can tell you're a legitimate yoga instructor, unlike some UA-cam videos where it's just a vinyasa over and over again. So glad I found this channel!

Just found your channel and did one of your vids every day this week, as I love what you do! It's so challenging and there are quite a few new postures I didn't know yet and would love to be able to do in a while! You explain everything very well and calm and I always feel great after every class. Great Videos for my weak shoulders and arms aswell :D Brava Bella!
I'm so glad I found your channel. I like how long you stay in each pose, giving time to breathe into it. I like that it was challenging and that you gave me some poses that I need to work up towards, but that aren't totally out of reach. My wrists also hurt a bit. Looking forward to more of your videos.

I have been doing your classes for about 2 months and I see immense change in how my body feels, ease of doing poses etc. But every once in a while you give us a class like this which makes us realize that there is so much more to go . The one legged full squat with pyramid was brilliant, I couldnt do it but aspire to one day :). As I always say, your flow is so amazing, I thank you for being so true to your craft , planning classes so well. I am so happy I came across your channel.

Awesome practice and great way to wake up to the day! Even though I feel really weak doing all these push-ups, I also love that you push me to strengthen my arms. I only do them on my knees right now, but hopefully with practice I will be able to do a whole plank to chataranga and back up to plank one day. Thanks again for this challenging class :-)
