what i struggle to learn is tools and command are unlnown accordingly. which is annoying color picker not appearing in cs6 only few gradient and custom color appearing when i try to pick certain
color,,...,,...,,.

Sampling transparent objects does not match that transparency color unfortunately. Tested on same screen with no luck :(
