I agree with all this. I’m thankful for another day.
I really enjoy being on this side of UA-cam even though I’m not an “older” woman. It’s nice to watch someone who is not obsessed with showing off or competing with others! That is all people my age care about and honestly it’s why I prefer the company of older people!

That is definitely one perspective. I think that Help being healthy is the most important though.
