    I've been working on my front splits for at least two years.. I thought middle splits could be harder so I was gonna work on it after getting my front splits. Thanks to quarantine, I had too much time..so I started this routine 2-3 times a week. On to my second week, I almost got down to my middle splits lol. I did not know how to open my hips without feeling the tension on my knees. This video is gold, great exercises for inter/external rotations and hip mobility!!!!

    I do not know why this video does not have more views! You have opened up my inner hips so much more than any other video I have watched on youtube. I am so greatful. I follow along every day and I am lower than ever before.

    A very challenging sequence.
    However, I felt my hip muscles working a lot.
    I have to repeat it again because I felt a clear improvement in the opening in the "middlesplit".
    Furthermore, your legs are greatly strengthened with this workout.

    This is the best video I’ve seen from demonstrations to directions. Can’t wait to implement these into my stretch routine. I’m a former cheerleader who never got her middle split 😬. I’m determined now.

    Here I am working on my middle split as my left wrist and forearm are in pain from overdoing pole. Wish I found your videos sooner. Once my wrist improves, I will be back to do your wrist and shoulder strengthening and stretching video.

    I have wanted to get my middle splits, but always had severe pain knees while stretching. This video is amazing. Its the first time I've been able to get a good stretch with no pain. So informative. Thank you!

    Thank you Anete!💜This video is soooo useful! 🙏I always struggle with my middle splits,I am quite flexible but Because of the pain in my hips cannot do mid splits and had no idea how to fix it.I tried this tutorial, followed all instructions and felt no pain in my hips🙉🙏👌🏽

    hi but i always fart in my vaginal area and i know its normal but its so disturbing how can i prevent it while stretching i mean what will i do to stop that while doing middle split pls pls answer i really want to get middle split without farting in my private area

      Its called queef, all I can say in this matter is that strenghteng pelvic floor may help.
