    I just want you to know I love your workouts! I've found with some other trainers they do well with one type of training but they don't when they go off their norm. You on the other hand do it all! I started with your strength type classes and then tried some yoga and Barre. You do it all !!!! Thank you for all you do!!

    I could see right away that this was going to be an energizing power yoga flow. It was challenging for me, but I got through it at the quick pace and really enjoyed it! Now that I’ve done it once, the next time there will be more “flow!” 🤣 ❤️

    I love all of the NML workouts but this short yoga workout is fast becoming a favorite. I have used it twice while recovering from bronchitis. I know some movement will help me feel better while my body heals and this one is perfect to keep moving.

    Such a perfect 15mins!!! Efficiently spent! I went to a group workout class outside this morning, and we did a full body strength and conditioning with bands and dumbbells! It was fun to change it up and move differently, but I needed my daily dose of moving with Lindsey haha. Rly like this video. I would really love to see a long band and dumbbells full body functional workout. Omg it’s rly something I wanna do!🙏🏼💙

    I’m working my way through the Split Strong workouts this week and was going to switch day 4 and 5 because it fit better into my week but after the first three days my whole body is so sore (but so good- not debilitating )so this was absolutely perfect. I will repeat it tomorrow and then do day 5 the next day. Thanks so much for this!

    Killer split strong Leg+Glutes and this combined 🥵🥵🥵 I don't have a strong stomach and my knee is not perfect either, that's why it's hard for me to do lunges and squats and push ups, in short my joints are not strong, due to my health condition, but still I always pushed myself to exercise coz it help me mentally and physically 😊 even though I can't get a perfect body..Important is I feel good when I do exercise..and I cussed out myself when I feel like dying and you still hype and keep going😆😆

    This was not my favorite. It seemed too rushed. I used to love power yoga but that was years ago so this was a struggle getting back into it. It's first thing here too and everything is so tight. It was a struggle keeping up!

    I get frustrated with yoga … some of the moves (like pressing on our knee in the ab workout) I feel nothing. 🤷🏼‍♀️

      If your neck and shoulders are lifted off the ground (and opposing floating leg) and you are pushing into your knee you should really feel your core fire up!

    I'm sorry, but that was ridiculously too fast for yoga. Yoga should be settling into poses and getting the form right not just rushing through it all. Not my thing.

    This didn’t feel good. I love a lot of your exercises but this just didn’t hit for me. Too fast, and didn’t give me that good yoga feel
