The art of detachment is closing the doors to unhealthy relationships, personal, business, spiritual... close them. Look ahead and breathe if needed.

The avoidant person completely detached from me a month ago, and I still have dreams about them every day, but I'll get through this, and a part of me feels like this was the right outcome for both of us.

3:03 True. Learned it the hard way. I could no longer act like myself because I was so scared of losing him. And he left.

If you want to master "detachment" it's because you are insecure. If you can get attached and trust the other one then you are secure.

This is so true... I've been doing this since I was a kid, without knowing that this kind of psychological technique actually exists.

So true, and it's the ultimate way how you can master this art, what you are stating here is pure decoded form of nature, that how it should be done, thanks for the video

This may work, but not if you are gaslighting yourself. Relationships with poor communication involve stages and cycles, so you might go back and forth in this phase. Sometimes, it's just better to let the trauma itself die off. You continue to make decisions.

Not even a person with secure atachment is so detached.
To be that detached and meet someone and leave them and meet someone and leave again, can't be healthy.
It can't be healthy to get into relationships and get out of them just to heal a part of you. How selfish can that b

Unfortunately, it is different my way. More times I got broken, harder it was to get things together, and I felt more and more broken time after time.

I don't understand why some content creators film while they're occupied with something, such as walking, driving, shopping, and especially lying on the couch or bed. It conveys how much they don't give a fuck about the audience, respectfully.

She talks so easily giving such good advices while in bed, it's hard mostly.
And psychology might be that she wants us to feel easy, and relax us. I think it worked. Standing looks little aggressive and lying on bed looks so easy.
