After I've seen this receipe it took me 1 min. to order the molds from mold brother. This is a real fantastic desert. And every component works. Never got such a perfect receipe. The best thing, you don't really need the molds. Just make the dessert in the glass with the cake, the orange salad and gel, as well as the chocolate espuma or even as a cream. It is fantastic.
You're so right about the tuille making the rest of the dessert look so mysterious and inviting! Great work as always, excited to hear what you have in store for us.
Thank you for sharing this recipe with us! 😍 I would love to try it. So I would like to ask what diameter your baking pan is? Thank you for the great videos! Keep up the good work.
Chocolate and orange just go so well together! This dessert looked (and surely tasted) amazing! (so envious of your blood oranges, one month ago, when I was still in The Netherlands, I bought some "blood oranges" at Albert Heijn (yeah i know i know, but I'm a student, can't do much better)... They were YELLOW! I had some quite sad juice lol)
You are a true master! But I kind of feel that this style of plating does not do justice to all the elements and the work that went into each of them. Keep up the incredible work!

Glad to see you back in the kitchen!
I love the way you compose the layers of flavours, bitter dark chocolate tuile with sweet blood orange. Thanks for the great videos as always!
Have no hope of ever doing something as amazing as your recipes but still enjoy watching them and getting inspired by your master skills
You can do what I do - copy individual recipes for parts of the dish.

Would be great to see you on Great British Menu
Beautiful ❤
Where did you get your knifes from
What kind of bowl is that
Where did you buy that plate?
seems better as an entremet after taking the trouble to bake oranges into the top
How's the leg chef? 🤞
