Wondering if you could describe what you mean about a hoya being difficult … what is difficult about it… for example, the Ellipitica… that would be helpful.
elliptica like the shadow, more than sun. they came from rainy tropical forest, so in natural condition there is no much of sun. try put her in east or west, they should look better. Also - don't try overwathering her, even if they was from rainy forest. but yes, that is not an easy plant for beginners.

Lessya’s Leaves I am using sphagnum moss for delicate rooting medium for Beena, and curtusii Hoyas. What do you recommend? Apologies if you have done a video, I have not yet seen. I don’t like the leaf getting too wet but like the moss to br moist. I put a plastic bag around or use a tall plastic see through cup. Then I pray.🙏🏻
