Hawaii Kai is a nice option to live in given that it is physically separate from “the city”, but really not that far away from it from a practical standpoint. It’s also nice to be able to get to Waimanalo and Kailua relatively easily from the backside. Having said that, for me, the fact that it is so dry out there ultimately is the dealbreaker…I wish it rained a bit more and were greener out there…
Maila ( I hope I spelled your name correctly, if not I apologize) but I just wanted to mention to everyone that when she talks about singing, she has an amazing voice. It beautiful. Hopefully one day she will post a little video ❤️😍
Beautiful tour of the neighborhood. I'm viewing from Melbourne Australia. We'll be moving next year to be closer to family. What are risks with buying a flipped home? How do I know whether they pull permits or not?
Are Waimanalo neighborhoods run down? What are things to do in Waimanalo? Best places to eat and things to do in Kailua? Differences in Waimanalo vs Kailua especially in regards to livability? Thanks!
I'm glad you found your nitch to sell these homes. Because I don't think it's sustainable for locals I live in florida now I'm very sad. To see people not realize how wrong this is

And compare with houses in Koncha-Zaspa / Kozyn 🤔

I seriously wonder how anyone can afford to buy houses in Hawaii.
Yeah I’m searching for condos right now, and my price of $650-700k makes me feel poor in Honolulu
