I won't lie, I suffer from lust as much as any young guy - but I've focused so much time and energy on change and repentance that I just genuinely don't have the time of day and energy to deal with a population of 18-24 year old girls whose brains have been corrupted and turned to absolute mush.

I have learned being completely masculine ( Stoic, unenvious of other men, stalwart, focused, empathetic, can make light of even the most harrowing moments) and forgoing the chivalry and lust is completely the way to be for your own sake as a man. My uniqueness compared to most guys she (hot girl from before) dated became an obsession for her. There is nothing typical about me to her. 1 month and some days in, that cleared up what I’m going through for the most part. I past the immense withdrawals. I don't think avoiding women or sex is possible really. The sexual instinct is the 2nd strongest instinct in the human body. Better to accept any sexual desires and not act on them than to repress them. Sex absolutely will affect your life source energy depending on who you have sex with.
