thank you for sharing this with me it was a confirmation video for me sent by God because i had recently started talking with this girl about a week ago when I allowed the Lord access into my heart and the Holy Spirit to operate through me to serve God's highest good and the devil sent me this "perfect" 10/10 girl to use me for my energy source and we were talking and everything but this time i took things slow it was only for about a week til i found out she was smoking and drinking and it made me feel some type of way that it just didn't sit right with me and when i tried to check her about that stuff set the boundary the energy shifted and i been feeling doubt and i recently talked to my friend today about this then this video comes up explaining my exact situation like ever since she came along i haven't been as focused on building my connection with God or had less time to study my bible i started sleeping later just to text her so thank you for sharing this it really helped me because i was going through this exact same situation now and you basically was my conformation before i dived to deep into this relationship with this female and it was too late because i was investing too much time energy love and attention into this and we weren't even together yet but when i discovered this video it truly resonated with me and it was a sign from God that this journey i am on this righteous path i embarked on is meant for i alone to take and to continue this spiritual growth on my own and if God allows it he will provide me with somone who is truly ready to meet me where i am at. thank you as always great content man keep this pushing we need this!!.

It’s all in the perception of how we see others, that we all deal with. In today’s world / culture we have been programmed for our initial instinct to judge, compare and defend from others. Verses seeing others as the same infinite consciousness that we are, just living in a different human body, having different experiences and on a different journey. As soon as we make that shift in perspective, we shift from “can’t deal” to love and empathy for them.

Just subbed because of this video. Watched 1 video before this. Im back on the SR journey and I am in the charge up faze (under 30 days). I have done SR 2 years ago for 30 days, attracted a woman who was very lustful and was drunk and things unfolded. I realized that this was wrong. I have been battling lustfulness for awhile now and God has brought me here. I wanted to say this and express my gratitude to you.

spiritual talk aside, there isnt anything magical about not jerking off. at least not any more or less than scrubbing any other addiction from your life. the problem isnt with the act of jerking off itself, it's the guilt and the shame that comes with feeling like you don't have control over yourself. the root of all addiction is this: you have negative thought patterns or emotions you're unconsciously seeking to avoid, so you engage in an activity that gives you a dopamine hit thus changing your brainstate to something more pleasant in the moment. the problem is the game is rigged against you because dopamine response diminishes over time. so the addictive action has less and less of an effect on changing your brainstate, and you're left having to confront the negative thought patterns and emotions anyway, only this time without a "get out of jail free" card. the key to fixing yourself isnt cutting out the addiction, because addictions are just a salve for mental turmoil. there are 2 keys to fixing this. 1) replace the addiction with a healthier dopamine releasing activity such as exercise, socializing, eating well, fixing your circadian rythym with a good sleep schedule, etc. 2) exercise awareness over your own thoughts and feelings every second of the day. watch your thoughts. do not judge them, but look for patterns. when you understand your patterns better, you'll see how mechanical your thoughts are, and that you shouldn't buy everything they're selling you. you can begin to trust your intuition better, because you're able to tell which thoughts are good for you or not. this becomes easier when you have good health habits too. do these things and you will become (mostly) free from your mental noise. the catch is that there is no "fix" for experiencing life. even the healthiest most aware human beings on the planet get taken on a joyride by their egos. your job is to reshape your mind into a tool that's working for you, not against you, and to enjoy doing it. it's all part of the ride.

Impact goes both ways. Im almost completely alone in my work space but i know christian people snd sometimes travel long distances to meet them. Its like night and day. Isolation in the world could bring down the strongest lion. While the Tiger simply becomes the dirty cat in too long isolation.
