@@regalchange most of the time I'm only experiencing the same thing you're describing and I similarly liken and attribute certain meaning to either side of the ear, like a positive or negative message etc but on some rare occasions I have heard words/voices but when I try to focus in on the voices, they stop. So it's definitely a moment of a higher state of consciousness and when I try to focus in on it and it disappears it's like I'm going straight back to the 3D mentality. So where I'm at is trying to get a continuous stream of being able to tap into it and yet still be grounded and aware in the 3D.

In my experience, nocturnal emissions are typically caused by excess / latent sexual energy that is left stagnant in the body.
