@@LearnIrish Not relevant here, but as I have you on the line, so to speak, could you do a video on signage in Ireland. I travel and live there on and off and I often wish I could read more signs. Not the road signs so much as they are place names. But all the signage and directives in the airport, for instance. Sometimes, especially in the airport, the words are obviously modern put-together words and look very intimidating to pronounce. Or the names on shop fronts (types of shops) and any other sign one is likely to see in Ireland. Thanks.

I had a look at ling cant find irish on it, any chance you would do the alphabet in irish , not easy find they usually do it in english and a few of the odd spelling that are hard to say
Ling is definitely available in Irish because I've seen and used it, I'm not sure why you can't find it but it is there, you can find it by clicking I speak English but I want to learn Irish. I'll look into the alphabet suggestion, thank you for that proposal.
I guess the word for tea comes via England otherwise it would have been chai. I had a wild thought that ancient Celtic people would have a word for it coming straight from the far east.
@@LearnIrish True, I forgot French have thé, I was thinking chai was more common outside England. But checking the etymology of tea it seems most of western Europe are all similar in using the sound; "tee, tea, te, thee" with the exception of Portugal who use "chá".

I guess the word for tea comes via England otherwise it would have been chai. I had a wild thought that ancient Celtic people would have a word for it coming straight from the far east.
I wouldn't be holding English up as a language where tea comes from, it's more likely down to a common root that pre dates the emergence of English.
