Oh thank you😘 , I am happy you like it😍. I am using grape seeds oil which with higher smoke point as I am not sure what will be cook next , it’s better to use cooking oil with higher versatility 😆. I would suggest to keep in fridge a week max even some says 1 month😛. But remember to cook this over 85’C in more then 5 mins for destroying bacterias for homemade preservation food. And yeah ! As the smoke point is higher in olive oil , but most extra olive oil is only good for room temperature or cold dish with lower smoking point.
