Scared of taking sales calls?
You aren’t the only one.
When I first started out in business, there was nothing more I hated than sales calls.
Ironic right? I hated the one thing that would bring me money.
There were days where I used to despise seeing calendly notifications come through simply because I was extremely fearful of taking calls.
Sometimes on days where I failed to book any calls, I’d go as far as saying that I was relieved.
Now it’s perfectly natural to have these feelings as a complete beginner in the space.
You wouldn’t be human otherwise.
However, these feelings aren’t permanent & I’m proof of that.
I went from hating sales calls to falling in love with them & closing thousands of them across both my agency & consulting business.
In this video, I’m going to be sharing the solution to being afraid of sales calls & show how exactly you can eliminate any fear that you have moving forward.
I hope you find it helpful. If you do, consider subscribing :)
Thanks,
Charlie
uploaded just at the right time, having a few calls in the upcoming weeks

@rxvq4900 are you UK based?
Little win story about my first sales call which is not really a win because of the circumstances that later followed but it’s a win in my eyes regardless. Had my first sales call after about 50ish cold calls. The circumstances were really unfortunate for me, but whatever.
So I’m calling spa, massage and physiotherapy businesses in UK, I’m from Croatia, got my script, slowly getting used to handling objections a bit and making my way through them, rejection after rejection, call after call I come across this lady, she said she’s very busy at the moment, can I call tomorrow? I affirm her objection and ask for two minutes of her time. She said sorry no, really really busy, call back tomorrow. So I did, called tomorrow (two double dials) no answer. Same shit the day after. She then calls me back the day after while I’m drinking coffee with my mate talking about cold calling and business in general. No script in front of me, totally spontaneous call and I gotta improvize and remember the lines and the script, so I do (even though I was so sceptical about myself even with script in front of me). I kill it on the call surprisingly and she wants a meeting………in 30 minutes. I have the half made presentation, have no contracts, no system to set up my invoice, nothing.
So I sprinted to my car 500m from the coffee shop, up the hill, drove 12km back home, got on the pc, finished my last two slides of presentation in 5 minutes. Pulled out a contract template out of Service Delivery Gems, edited it and started the call.
I kill it on the presentation and I couldn’t really believe that was really me. As if I just zoned out. As if that wasn’t really me talking. I have no idea what happened to me, couldn’t believe I would be that relaxed.
She loved the service, she loved the offer, she loved the price. She was really open minded and pre-sold I believe. At the end of the presentation I just quickly summarized everything and asked: do you see how this would help you and your business? She said yeah, so where do we go from here. (€1000/month retainer)
I’m sending her the contracts, the invoice and as I’m sending it, her client walks in and I’m stuck waiting in a trial version zoom call that allows you to do 45min meetings. I’m calling her back, she’s not answering.
So I finally get a hold of her because she’s the only one working there and we set up another meeting to which she didn’t show up. We call each other back and forth all the time to this day, unable to set an appointment because she’s way too busy all the fucking time.
So yeah. A win for me because I was so comfortable on a sales call (could be me just going through the presentation in my head throughout the day when I’m not doing cold calls).
Shame she didn’t buy on the spot when she was warm.
- don't go with an intention to sale or manipulate them just go with an intention to help them for first 30 mins atleast
- Charge less for now to get confidence in yourself that you can help them (for me I can buy I am still afraid so I guess it is low confidence)
- tell them I am not here to sell you but help you, get to know the client completely, their goals, how much they make per month, what they sell, how they sell now, etc.
Appreciate you thank you i was just thinking about this
Hey Charlie, I've been removing as many forms of pleasure from my life as possible to focus on pain and building my agency. Just wanted to ask... is the reason why we feel happiness (with latency) after suffering a lot of pain, because of Newtons third law?
Give me an update. How are you doing now?
thank you thomas

I want to ask .. did SMMA saturated or still we can make money on it ?? Thanks
There's no such thing as ''saturated''. The people who think that it's saturated just don't put enough time into it and who quit after 1 obstacle. Just don't give up and you will realize that there's no such things as a ''saturated'' business models.
@@Agency_Hub1 thank's for reply , so what do you think the best niches that still works and getting money ..
