    This 10 min yoga full body stretch is the perfect way to wake up the body and mind every morning.
    In this yoga routine we will work through various beginner friendly yoga poses and movements while offering modifications to make this full body stretch accessible for all.
    After practicing this routine you may notice improved focus, more mobility, less tension and more energy.

    3+ Pillows or folded large blankets
    1 Yoga block or high stacked books

    I have been doing your yoga sessions for quite a while and it feels great so far. I’m out of my comfort and can’t start my mornings without doing any of your sessions.
    I just have one question…
    Can I combine two sessions into one?
    If two sessions are short and I want to make most of my time.

      Ofcourse! Maybe combine a full body stretch with a hatha flow or a gentle flow at the end so that you don’t restretch most of he same parts 💘
