    The amount calories you'll burn from this workout will vary from person to person, depending on your weight, height and fitness level. I've tracked my calories with my watch in similar workouts and burned around 350 calories during the workout and then another 200+ resting later. That's what is great about HIIT workouts, you keep burning calories even after the workout while you're resting!

    I really enjoyed this one. I had to do some different modifications ( adding weights because of my knee ) but I still got a sweat 😅.

    I wore my fitness band and burnt 266 calories doing this workout however, I was not working at max capacity, felt a little rusty and could not perform all of the moves efficiently (roll kick burpee thing lol). I'll do better next time :)

    500 kcal?? show us your tracker....because I burned only 233... so.... this workout is not really sweaty... so many simple moves...

      its not the same for everyone :) depends on body weight and intensity
