Guyana Chicken in De Ruff with plantain chips and French fries.

This fried Chicken was first served with plantain chips in Demeco house in Georgetown Guyana and in the late 80's ( 1987 ) the fried Chicken was severed with French fries in New Amsterdam Berbice.
ingredients;
1 whole Chicken
5 clove garlic
1 pack sazon
1/4 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 soya sauce
fried rice sesoning for the plantain chips
salt
4 plantains
1/2 bag fries

@@theoutsideworldentertainme7397 , me too, yesterday I bought chicken 🍗 in the ruff in my neighborhood restaurant and it was awful. It didn’t smell or taste like chicken 🍗 in the ruff, what a waste of my time and money 💴.🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾

That's a very nice recipe. I can try this with the plantains. Something learnt, I thought that it was served at Demico house with lettuce leaves. ( Georgetown). Dont even recalled eating fries in Guyana 😁😁😁💯👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏💯❤❤🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾👍🙏🙏🙏
