This was good, thank you for putting it on here. I haven't seen all Neil Simon's movies, but the titles are all so familiar and evocative -- part of the background to our lives, in a certain age bracket.
Almost all the medias pay attention to the death of John Mc Cain.... However.... Neil Simons should deserve much more attention... So WE are the New Medias...

I've always loved good writing and Mr. Simon was an excellent writer who held a young black teenager's attention while listening to Brighton Beach Memoirs! I loved that movie! Is it just me or has everyone else noticed that the Recommended For You selections (At the default YT Homepage) for news has dropped dramatically? I usually have a couple dozen newly posted videos from all news network. But except for the 1st few hours after McCain Died I am now getting ONLY 1-2 and they are all older videos (and not a single one w/McCain In It from major news networks). Its like the keyword McCain is being filtered out. Now I have no idea why, or if, UA-cam would refuse to recommend videos about McCain, But I find it weird that all of a sudden I am Getting NO recommended videos about any news stories today. I can only assume that they are all about McCain.
Same here. If i go direct to a channel they are all there, but it seems the formula they use to Recommend videos is the key to why i'm not getting any news. This would only be obvious if ALL the news stories where on a Filtered out subject, which may be the case. *And By the way, I loved almost all the Simon productions, I really liked The Odd Couple, will miss him and that type of show on TV, nothing today is as good.*
I've played into Brighton Beach Memoirs..... Wow... what amazing play and so much FUN with the audience. Neil Simon was one of the very writer in the world. So Artists, if you're looking for good stuff to play on stage.... take a look at Neil Simon legacy... :)
