@SapphicUnderground Buckle up sister! Here it is : Those two were lovers (that much we can tell from the way they look at each other) and they walked the Road together. What did they obtain at the end of the Road? A son. Said son wasn't ordinary. Either he was the Darkhold itself (oopsie) or got corrupted by it. So little Nick, someday, attacks mama Agatha. But she has a passive power she can't control as we know. And as possessed Nick blasts her, she absorbs his powers and he passes away. Agatha can't handle it, so Rio wipes out or rewrites her memory so she wouldn't blame herself to death. The only thing left in Agatha's heart is a deep feeling of despair and hatred she associates with Rio but can't quite place why. After this incident, since she absorbed her son's power and those of the Darkhold, she herself gets corrupted and leave to find more power. A version that works well too would be their son being corrupted and each blaming the other for being the cause of the corruption. Did Agatha wish for more power at the end of the Road and it corrupted Nick? Was it Rio's wish that turn out badly? Given how Agatha is the one having that bad reputation in the witches world, I'm pretty positive she is the one to end their son's life and this through her passive ability. 🤔 *Wandavision's* theme was grief/mourning. I like to believe that the main theme of *AAA* is guilt/the road to redemption, which is why I reckon that Agatha has indeed sacrificed her baby + her previous coven in order to get the Darkhold. In *WandaVision,* we saw her as a powerful witch who was willing to go to great lengths to gain more power, even if it meant manipulating and harming others. Her actions were driven by a deep desire for knowledge and power, which led her to betray her own coven. Has Agatha learned her lesson? 🧙♀Or will she repeat herstory to again gain more power?
@@TrickyD In WandaVision, she was under the influence of the Darkhold. It may have led her to be more cruel than her ordinary self. I’ll be honest, I only started watching for Joe Locke after his amazing performance as Charlie in Heartstopper. I’m super glad I did because I’m loving the first two episodes we have of Agatha All Along. The Mare of Eastown spoof first episode was glorious in atmosphere. The Easter Egg clues to the mystery of reality are so fun. Agatha and mystery-woman Aubrey’s fight was iconic, and all their scenes before it so weighted and slyly wicked. The second episode was just funny. Agatha charging out of her house Skyclad (naked) was played for laughs and Give No Fucks power, but I don’t know how many people appreciate the classic witch mysticism (not that I’m a believer, but I know some of the mythos) in choosing to go Skyclad. Especially using the symbolism of Agatha being reborn into the world, and arriving naked as a newborn. I’m super invested to see where the story goes.
Additional theory - Teen and Rio are working together. Agatha in the first episode had a feeling that a car crash that happened before the “Jane Doe” body was found had something to do with it. In that accident two air bags were deployed, meaning two passengers. This line wouldn’t be in the dialog if it didn’t have meaning. They could have talked about anything as they sat eating pizza. The plot of the crime drama is also symbolic of someone trying to get into her psychosis and give her enough clues to remember who she is and break out. If teen is Billy, then at the end of the witches road, when he can get anything he wants, he can pick for Wanda to come back.
Great video! I love the chemistry between Kathryn Hahn and Aubrey Plaza so much. I didn’t realize how much I needed this dynamic in my life. I had a huge crush on Wanda and I still do…though it’s fading just a tad with time. Aubrey I’ve loved since P&R and as she’s grown as an actor I just love her more and more. It’s like everything stops when she walks into a scene. Seriously, has there been a ladykiller this hot ever 🥵? Yeah, Villanelle etc. but something about seeing Ms. Plaza in a smart suit and then in draped in assassin’s black is almost too much for the heart to bear. 🖤🖤
When I clicked on this I didn't realize it was from before Ep4 dropped. You must **feasting** on the Rigatha content (Agario? Do we have a ship name yet?)
I watch both episodes 3 times because they are pretty good and I was trying to figure out who the animals were that kept appearing and why was Agatha unable to hear Teen's voice whenever he tried to tell her something about himself. I'm honestly looking forward to finding out more about these characters.
What you were saying about the show doing well, because the actors assembled for it are just so good, I couldn’t agree more. I’m tired of people, men and women black and white and other getting work, based on what they look like. The quality of the actor should ALWAYS be the priority. And I think that’s why these first two episodes were just fabulous (also I get that it’s also the writers and directors that also make it great too). And the witches road is such an ear-worm, it’s been living happily in my head for days now.
Marvel did a Horror project before called Werewolf by Night and it was AMAZING. Now, with the success of this to follow, I truly believe Marvel’s best work could be in the Horror genre, and could eventually do (hopefully) its own “Universal Studios Monsters” universe.
It's a solid show. A bit too short for me, but it definitely stands on its own. Funny, camp, doesn't take itself too seriously, soundtrack is top notch, great cinematography. It shows they enjoyed making it. I knew nothing about the character nor the Wanda series. But witches and the cast made me give it a go. Really enjoyable.
Thank you for the video! 🖤🖤🖤 I haven't seen the series yet, but Aubrey Plaza is definitely relevant to my interest! ...as well as women in black shirts and black ties 👀 suits you btw! You look marvellous! (no pun intended 😉)
I actually love Agatha all along way more find the first two episodes of Wanda vision And anyone who dislikes it but likes Deadpool and Wolverine for the same Gay eroticism are hypocrites Love this new show
This show is my entire lively hood right now and the wait from week to week has been torturous! i think the Rio actually being a shapeshifter and is actually Mrs, Hart is very plausible! I also think it’s her hair inside Agatha’s locket and she might have sold Agatha out years ago in order to receive more power. But then Agatha being the master manipulator she is made a deal with Mafesto which made her protected from being killed by Rio! They are my ship though and I am here for the long run!
@katiebienvenue8081 "i think the Rio actually being a shapeshifter and is actually Mrs, Hart is very plausible!" I just find it sus that Teen couldn't escape Agnes because Mrs. Hart ran him over with her car. 🕵♂That Rio didn't join Agnes chasing Teen makes me double sus. And the fact that Rio & Mrs. Hart never appeared together in the same scene should make me triple sus, but we're just starting so my last sus could be prematurely.
I don’t care much for Marvel anymore and have never really cared for Disney. However, I’m glad that I started watching this show. I know that Disney is notorious for queerbaiting, but unless it’s revealed that Agatha and Rio have just been fighting over the same man (which I doubt), I’d say that it’s very, very gay. The first two episodes have me hooked. Not only do I like it for age-gap lesbian activity, but Katherine Hahn is a delight. The dialogue is quick and snappy. Special effects are great. The premise is intriguing. If marvel keeps putting stuff out like this, I might just regain faith in them.
I had no hope for Marvel TV anymore after secret invasion. That show was an abomination.... Didn't care for this show when they announced it... Didnt watch thr first 2 episode on the day of release. Then heard good reviews, finally decided to check it out, binged the first 4 episodes and now im hooked. Compared to secret invasion, this is by far waaaaay better.
I want to be in on this bc Audrey Plaza ❤ and Kathryn Hahn ❤ but I haven't watched Wanda Vision, or that other show you mentioned, or EVEN Wizard of Oz! 😭
Aubrey Plaza and Kathryn Hahn said that the show is gonna be a huge homosexual explosion and as an unfortunate hetero, im here for seeing how this plays out.
How about a round of MCU dinner date? Three desirable guests only. - Aubrey Plaza - Kat Dennings - Florence Pugh ...and if I had a cheese and wine evening, Angela Bassett and Rene Russo... JUST beautiful.
Woke has nothing to do with what the current media is using the term for. So no, this series is not woke; it is however, very enjoyable to me and I look forward to completing the entire season. I definitely enjoyed your reaction! Keep up the good work.
please tell your friends to watch the show! i don't think everyone is fully aware how groundbreakingly queer this is for Marvel. the chasm between the 2nd queerest show (Loki? because he's canonically bi?) and this is so, so wide. they've really taken a risk (by their standards), and the way to support and help continue this trend is to watch and to finish the series.
Aubrey is very hot in this. I haven't watched much of her content beyond P&R but in this, she has a wonderful throw away intensity. Her dressed as cop or agent.... Oh, wow.
Aubrey All Along! She always sizzles. But some of those scenes were HOT. And the music when she re- appears in Episode 1. We've always known that Aubrey Plaza has super powers
I decided to not cancel Disney plus cuz Agatha all Along was coming out. Didn’t know the characters would be gay though just was here for the withy fun but hey very cute fun representation is great!!!
I don't think she'd black heart, I think she's Lady Death. “ You can't kill me” because she's dead. “ You can't kill me… its not allowed!” Because she can't intentionally kill Agatha or anyone because I guess the Darkhold forbids it. I do think Teen is a mix of Billy and Nicholas because 1 Teen said that he's been around since Agatha’s Salem days ( so it can't be Billy because he was created in Wandavision, it might be Nicholas) and his clothes are clues to Billy.
Everyone commenting about gay, straight, lesbian, woke...who cares?? Why do people have to "label" everything?? Just watch the show, follow the story, and enjoy the ride!!
I FREAKING LOVE THIS SHOW SO FAR. And it seems to me that most people also love it except the usual salty men (I'm so done with them they're incapable of being happy I think). It's so funny, camp, unhinged, mysterious and gay surprisingly. I didn't read and watch anything about the show before it was released so I had no idea what it's gonna be like, I just watched a few seconds clip of a trailer and I thought they're going down the mysterious/horror/serious route. and turns out they're not, they're doing the almost opposite of that. And Aubrey plaza has no business being that hot. I was like 15 minutes and 30 seconds into the first episode and I had to take a pause bcs she's just way way to hot and then as the episode went on I also paused a couple more times lol. Aubrey plaza the woman that you are. I can't wait for the rest of the show
I wonder if that black heart beats for you is an homage to the one part of the 80’s film Legend where the imp is professing devotion to Tim Curies devilish character and Tim Curry asks about the imps heart. “Black as midnight. Black as bitch, Blacker than the foulest witch” 🤔
I think the writers definitely got confused on what they wanted to do with Wanda in multiverse of madness. Her villain arc felt very forced unlike wandavision. There was so much nuance involved in Wanda’s actions in wandavision vs multiverse of madness she was just evil. There were just too many plot holes.
First two episodes had me. I like comics and its odd with the amount of negative reviews because women and shock. Its likely the same group claiming to be nerds have never read comics where pretty much every rule is our the window on service to telling a story. Im not gay but they give me a good show and yes hand licks im here also they amount of details and stead of relying on so much green screen without physical surrounding has me in love with the set. I cant wait for more.
I really hope marvel confirm her as sapphic in some way( she could be ither bi, lesbian, pan . lets not assume❤) because during every scene with Agatha and Rio had so much sexual tension it had me having a full blown pan panic attack. edit: I don't think were ready for this, the new York times has confirmed that Rio Vidal will be Agatha Harkness's "romantic antagonist" LETS GOOOOOO❤🧡💛💚💙🩵💜
I'm usually not patient enough to watch shows when it's airing. I hate waiting for new episodes. But I can't help it this time 😊 Do you think teen is Agatha's son?
🕵♂So Teen's answer to Agnes' question why he was in her house in *AAA* E1 makes me believe that he ain't Billy, Wanda's made-up son, but that he's actually Nicholas Scratch: Agatha's son. *"The respect of your peers and a fulfilling homelife.....but you're fresh out of both "* implies that Teen has intimate knowledge of Agatha's past. 1) Of course Agatha is disrespected by the witch's community, cauz not only did she sacrifice her coven to gain more power, she also comitted matricide. 2) This is just my speculation, but I believe that Agatha could only get hold of the Darkhold if she sacrificed the soul of someone she truly loved so Chthon could possess the body, the same way Thanos could only get the Soul Stone if he sacrificed someone he truly loved. At 1st she tried to sacrifice her true love Rio, but they appeared to be evenly matched so she turned to her newborn baby and sacrificed his soul instead. This is the reason why Agatha hates Rio, cauz she succesfully resisted Agatha's attempt to sacrifice her. Rio hates Agatha because she sacrificed their son which made it impossible for them to have a fulfilling homelife together. 3) Why Teen aka Chthon wants to travel the Witch's Road and resurrect the Scarlet Witch. Teen wants to travel the road in order to regain his powers, which he lost by writing the Darkhold before he was banished by Lilith, the 1st witch & mother of demons. Chthon wants to resurrect the Scarlet Witch so he can possess her body and by doing so regain his lost powers and cirumvent the curse of being banished for being an Elder God. 4) Why Agatha would want the Darkhold. She wanted the book of the Damned scribed by Chthon to gain the ability to absorb the power of any witch who attacked her with her craft. This dark gift would make Agatha nearly invincible against other witches.
Also Aubrey has to be playing lady death. And she has a black heart which beats for Agatha because Agatha cheated death and death has been waiting centuries to finally take her but she can’t kill her directly (it’s not allowed). I called it, remember 😅
@Gboschjr "Also Aubrey has to be playing lady death." 🤔I doubt it, because Rio's color for her magic is green which ties in with her craft, that of bein' an earth witch. This connection to nature & earth magic makes it less likely that she is playing Lady Death, who is typically depicted with darker, more ominous themes. 🧙♀My theory for why Rio & Agatha can't kill each other is because they're married. Because of spousal testimony a wife can't testify against her husband in criminal court, so it's entirely possible that in the witches community there is a similar rule that prevent married witches from killing each other.
"Do you remember why you hate me?"...I'm guessing the U-Haul scenario didn't work out, Rio left Agatha for her best friend and ruined Boy Genius for her. Oh, these Wiccan Lesbians.
It took the professional haters 3 days to come up with such Titles as "gayest show ever" "Its Boring" of course these videos had 243k views but this show is exactly what the MCU needed, Scaled back real sets not CGI Agatha in the comics is one messed up person, Once she even travelled the Witches road with Wanda as a Ghost (Don't ask) . I have struggled with recent offerings but this was brilliant the sad thing major spoilers are out there about who Teen really is owing to a subtitle company putting his real character in the subs.
Isn't it interesting that the moment muscleclad and armed male bodies fighting for Alpha position are not the centre of a film it's instantly called woke?

"Kathryn Hahn's *groceries*". 🤣🤣🤣
When I clicked on this I didn't realize it was from before Ep4 dropped. You must **feasting** on the Rigatha content (Agario? Do we have a ship name yet?)
I've seen most people calling them agathario! It gives the vibes of a Latin incantation, I like that!
I watch both episodes 3 times because they are pretty good and I was trying to figure out who the animals were that kept appearing and why was Agatha unable to hear Teen's voice whenever he tried to tell her something about himself. I'm honestly looking forward to finding out more about these characters.
I loved it!!!! ❤ I'm soooo in!
Rio is 100% Lady Death. And I couldnt think of a better lady for the job 🖤
I've been told Kathryn's groceries are fully on display in Mrs Fletcher on HBO. For those interested.
The show rly embodies the feel of "the girls that get it, get it. and the girls that don't, don't"
This show will have a lot of surprises and that's actually a good thing, it can be great !!!
Thank you for the video! 🖤🖤🖤 I haven't seen the series yet, but Aubrey Plaza is definitely relevant to my interest! ...as well as women in black shirts and black ties 👀 suits you btw! You look marvellous! (no pun intended 😉)
I seem to be under a spell. At the mention of the groceries, my hand went up like I was testifying in church. I don't know why but I kinda liked it 🙃
"I didn't think they had the ovaries..." *spit take* 🤣
American Horror Story meets Sabrina meets Killing Eve = 🌟
This is everything I didn’t know I needed. Thank you lesbian pop culture oracle x🔮
I have a new series to watch now! Oh this looks gooood!
Yes!! Thank you! So excited about this show!!!
I actually love Agatha all along way more find the first two episodes of Wanda vision
And anyone who dislikes it but likes Deadpool and Wolverine for the same Gay eroticism are hypocrites
Love this new show
To be fair wolverine and Deadpool has much more action, violence, and cursing then this show which may appeal to some people vs this show
umm...you look good in a tie 😳
also did my research, the animals were the salem seven which appeared in front of agatha's house at the end of ep 2
@katiebienvenue8081
"i think the Rio actually being a shapeshifter and is actually Mrs, Hart is very plausible!"
I just find it sus that Teen couldn't escape Agnes because Mrs. Hart ran him over with her car.
🕵♂That Rio didn't join Agnes chasing Teen makes me double sus.
And the fact that Rio & Mrs. Hart never appeared together in the same scene should make me triple sus, but we're just starting so my last sus could be prematurely.
I wanted to watch this so bad for the witchy stuff....but + gay? I'm in.
Also...that song? Acapella? Love it!
Why would it be bad if they were pushing a message? Frankly, Disney has been far too timid in that regard.
I think it’s very obvious that Teen is Wiccan haha. I think Rio is Sharon otherwise they wouldn’t be able to open the portal 🤔
I want to be in on this bc Audrey Plaza ❤ and Kathryn Hahn ❤ but I haven't watched Wanda Vision, or that other show you mentioned, or EVEN Wizard of Oz! 😭
Can we talk about the "I've lost my marbles and my pelvic floor is all over the place!" line? Can we sit back and bask in the glory of that line?
Love your commentary! I will definitely have to check this show out 😊 Also, love your outfit ❤ You look stunning, as always!
I also didn't know what to expect, but it turned out so good! I'm genuinely obsessed and I can't wait for the next episodes!
So when Aubrey showed up in a suit..😅 I was like this shit is where it’s at. 😅😅😅
Aubrey Plaza and Kathryn Hahn said that the show is gonna be a huge homosexual explosion and as an unfortunate hetero, im here for seeing how this plays out.
THIS is the breakdown I was hoping for. 🖤😈
As a cis-les who hasn't had intimacies for several years, I appreciate your thirsty perspective. I should feel this old at 43 right? 😅
SAME! o expectations, and absolutely enthralled. I've rewatched several times. Have that bop in my head 24/7.
How about a round of MCU dinner date?
Three desirable guests only.
- Aubrey Plaza
- Kat Dennings
- Florence Pugh
...and if I had a cheese and wine evening, Angela Bassett and Rene Russo... JUST beautiful.
Woke has nothing to do with what the current media is using the term for. So no, this series is not woke; it is however, very enjoyable to me and I look forward to completing the entire season.
I definitely enjoyed your reaction! Keep up the good work.
The last series I watched was Twin Peaks the Return and I’ve been waiting for something good to come along and this is it!
please tell your friends to watch the show! i don't think everyone is fully aware how groundbreakingly queer this is for Marvel. the chasm between the 2nd queerest show (Loki? because he's canonically bi?) and this is so, so wide. they've really taken a risk (by their standards), and the way to support and help continue this trend is to watch and to finish the series.
Aubrey is very hot in this.
I haven't watched much of her content beyond P&R but in this, she has a wonderful throw away intensity.
Her dressed as cop or agent.... Oh, wow.
5 seasons of Killing Eve now feels like a tease compared to this
Aubrey All Along!
I genuinely thought the tear wipe was improve as well.
I love this. And number 1 over Bluey at this point: she literally killed the dog 🫠🫠🫠
❤❤
It's Aubrey Plaza, the hand lick was probably NOT in the script.
I can't wait for the rest of the show
I cannot wait for this finale, it WILL be the death of me (..but if Aubrey Plaza is Death... maybe dying aint so bad ;))
Im sat
1:16 how about the small moment of gay panic when I learned Aubrey Plaza was in the cast
The air was so charged that i immediately looked up Aubrey Plaza and Kathryn Hahn to check whether they were actually gay.
I don't know about one, but I've known, for some time, the other hasn't been straight.
hahahaha it’s got great lines and black magic, so much LEZ energy i love it!!! YAY GHEY!
I wonder if that black heart beats for you is an homage to the one part of the 80’s film Legend where the imp is professing devotion to Tim Curies devilish character and Tim Curry asks about the imps heart.
“Black as midnight.
Black as bitch,
Blacker than the foulest witch”
🤔
I love it here even more now 🖤💜✨
I think the writers definitely got confused on what they wanted to do with Wanda in multiverse of madness.
Some of them definitely read comics (even write, draw, publish), see ClownfishTV.
This should have a spoiler alert since you got pretty much everything right :D
so far...subtly gay. it's not its whole personality, which is very refreshing
If rio is blackheart, here is hoping for a johnny blaze or robbie rayes ghost rider appearance
If you really like her groceries, you should watch Mrs. Fletcher
She licked her gash 😂
No no no no agatha has a son to carry of
It's really a great time to be a lesbian
I'm usually not patient enough to watch shows when it's airing. I hate waiting for new episodes. But I can't help it this time 😊
Do you think teen is Agatha's son?
I think Teen is the Scarlet Witch
@Gboschjr
"Also Aubrey has to be playing lady death."
🤔I doubt it, because Rio's color for her magic is green which ties in with her craft, that of bein' an earth witch.
I think ok but Wanda vision I really like 4 episode a lot
"Do you remember why you hate me?"...I'm guessing the U-Haul scenario didn't work out, Rio left Agatha for her best friend and ruined Boy Genius for her. Oh, these Wiccan Lesbians.
It took the professional haters 3 days to come up with such Titles as
"gayest show ever" "Its Boring" of course these videos had 243k views
but this show is exactly what the MCU needed, Scaled back real sets not CGI
Agatha in the comics is one messed up person, Once she even travelled the Witches road with Wanda as a Ghost (Don't ask) . I have struggled with recent offerings but this was brilliant
the sad thing major spoilers are out there about who Teen really is owing to a subtitle company putting his real character in the subs.
Isn't it interesting that the moment muscleclad and armed male bodies fighting for Alpha position are not the centre of a film it's instantly called woke?
I can't get over the hand lick, it's so unsanitary to me that I can't give it a pass lmao
I like it
oo girl you lookin fine!
